Breakfast was great, but you have to get there early. More washers and dryers would have been great. A family of 6 has plenty of laundry after 10 days. Staff was friendly. Front desk was professional. Room clean, wish it was larger for a family of 6.

Good Hotel!

Property was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean, well maintained. Room left something to be desired. Our A/C wasn’t strong enough to cool the entire room. We had a suite with a pull out sofa bed for a family of 5. Setup was awkward. Beds were comfortable. Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Overall the Hotel was nice, complimentary breakfast was decent, but the room itself needs some improvement.

Such a nice stay! Our family of six fit great in the suite, and everyone had a bed. There were tons of pool options, so mom and dad could float in the lazy river while the kids swam in the pool. Breakfast had lots of options and everyone ate well. My only complaint was that we had to call to get extra towels each time the room was serviced, as only four were ever left. But it was always remedied quickly, so we didn’t really mind. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location, good variety in the complimentary breakfast, very helpful front desk. Loved full fridge in each room. Things to work on: daily room cleaning (the worst aspect of the stay), dish soap at the sink.

The hotel when it the MainStay Suites it looked nicer. We stayed here back some 12 years ago & wanted to go back. We just stayed here again the past few days & the hallways are very white with black accents. The same goes with the guest rooms. Give the place some at least other neutral colors.

Excellent service

The hotel needs updating. It also needs some maintenance and repairs. The staff was excellent, professional and friendly. The breakfast was standard continental. Over all for the price it was not bad. And it was of the main strip. The event manager Heather went above and beyond to help with a last minute booking for a conference room.

Anniversary Trip

This was our second time staying here and we love it. Very clean and comfortable. Love the layout of the rooms. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good with a variety of foods. The pool area is wonderful. Great location.
