I really wanted to like this place. Although it was clean, it smelled in the room like mold or and/or as if it used to be a smoking room. The room had a very sterile feeling at the same time, as if I was at a doctor’s office. Overall it was a quiet place and had good parking. The breakfast was very cheap (low quality) food. This just wasn’t worth the price.

Really impressed with all the amenities, this was our first time staying here we will definitely return. Loved the location, pool was warm and inviting staff was up early tending to the pool area grounds were kept prestine. Only drawback was wifi was glitchy but overall loved it!

Great stay, although breakfast has opportunity!!!

The stay was great, rooms were great, however, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very little options for the space they had available. Staff at the front desk were nice & helpful, kids loved the pool options!

They have a mini convenience store downstairs with anything you could need and indoor+outdoor pools and hot tubs. Parking is super easy and although it was a long walk to our room we could also walk into downtown pigeon forge within a couple minutes.

We went for a weekend trip with the grandkids, we enjoyed it because it's location is off the main road and you can use the back roads to get around and not be caught up in the traffic.

Nice but not what was expected..

Our stay was okay. Just expected it to be a lot nicer it being a convention center hotel. We were not able to check in until later at night, and once we arrived, the elevator was out of order, so we had to walk down to the other side of the hotel to take the elevator, only to have to walk all the way down to the other side of the hotel again to our room. The breakfast was okay, lots of options, unfortunately nothing gluten free/ allergen friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were clean and comfortable, but the couch bed was terrible for those who had to sleep on it. No water pressure in the showers. The pools were great, the indoor hot tub could have been warmer.

Great hotel

We stayed two nights for Jeep invasion staff was friendly.Room was clean and nice so was the whole place.the pools and hot tubs was clean and nice.Would stay again and would recommend to family and friends to stay here.

The staff was friendly and read my requests on Expedia which I was super happy about. The room was nice and large. The breakfast was okay basically the same thing every day though.
