I really wanted to like this place. Although it was clean, it smelled in the room like mold or and/or as if it used to be a smoking room. The room had a very sterile feeling at the same time, as if I was at a doctor’s office. Overall it was a quiet place and had good parking. The breakfast was very cheap (low quality) food. This just wasn’t worth the price.

Room could use an update. It was clean but older. Electrical outlets need attention. Building needs more than one elevator. Also needs more than 2 handicap parking spaces.

Great stay! The rooms were clean, and the common areas, hallways, lobby, all smelled freshly clean and was spotless. I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was great, indoor and outdoor pool options, and a snack bar was available with ice cream, microwave meals, and snack/candy options. Close to the main drive - Parkway, yet secluded a block or two off the main road. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

Great stay. Staff is friendly. Rooms are big and clean. AC is able to keep up with this Tennessee July heat. The only thing if I was going to nitpick is hot breakfast options are the same every day. Biscuits, white gravy (not sausage), eggs (not good), and either microwaveable bacon or sausage. But that is truly a nitpick. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! 5 stars

We were impressed with the size of the room and our stay. The lobby area is inviting and comfortable. The mattress on the fold out sofa was not comfortable.

We loved our stay! Our kids really enjoyed the outdoor pools and the breakfast! We liked that the hotel is in a quiet secluded kind of area, but also very close to everything. We were very comfortable for our entire stay.
