One elevator was down the whole time. The breakfast server was very rude to my mom! Shower leaked into puddle on the floor and wallpaper was coming off the wall. Most of the staff was really nice except for the breakfast lady!

Everything was great! The breakfast was very good! The only negative was the shower. The inside of the shower was very slippery. My toddler slipped on it and hit her head so we had to lay down a couple of wash clothes in the shower so she wouldnt fall again.
