Great basic stay. We got the room that is handicap accesible and it was great. The only drawback is no microwave available in the hotel rooms. Breakfast was decent! Pancake and waffle maker.

Unimpressive and sterile vibe

This hotel had a very icky feel. Rooms had tons of metal furniture/tables. Had to hang my clothes on wall hooks. Did not ever want to be in my room. It was not welcoming and comfortable. The couches and chairs in the lobby were scratchy and uncomfortable. The staff was in no rush to make you feel welcome nor did they notify me when I had a packaged delivered. Stay anywhere but this place. It felt like a college dorm With the cheesy colors and cheap furniture

Hotel is close to the National Park and Dollywood. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was pretty good. I would stay at a Hilton Tru again.

Great Stay! Loves the breakfast, games, room and convenience to everything. Only down side was the snacks was a little pricy ( M&M for $6) but overall everything was amazing. Will definitely stay again

Great location! We normally stay off the main strip. We loved the convenience of being able to take the back road by the hotel. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking close to everything.
