For a "cheaper" hotel in the area, it was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the sheets and blankets not so much. I was very happy with what I got for the price I paid, and I'm sure we'll stay here again in the future.
It was exactly what I expected out of budget motel. Room was clean and check in was easy. Everything worked. It is a basic room at a basic price.
Originally booked a reservation at the Mountain View Inn and family who checked in one day before me was adamant about canceling the reservation because of the deplorable condition of their room. This meant I was making a reservation at the last minute and honestly felt lucky to have been able to get a room at the Conner Hill. The price was affordable, and I was not required to pay a deposit. Overall, it's a good value for the price paid; the hotel is in a good location, nice small pool, awesome parking with easy in/out. The room was a bit dated, but clean with updated fridge, microwave, dresser, hairdryer, and tv. Free wifi. Upon entering the room the air was on and the room smelled a bit damp, but after making an adjustment to the air conditioner, the room was fine. Cleaning was provided when I requested it (by putting a magnet on the outside of the door.) I would recommend staying here if you are on a budget and basically need a clean, safe room for a few days.
Old but clean.
With so many places to choose from, this property has good location, is clean with friendly staff and above all the price was exceptional... one of the best values on the main strip.
I checked in fairly late. Attendant (forgot his name) was very helpful. Was an easy checkin. Room was pretty outdated, but, I'm there to sleep. I would stay again when in town.
convenient location next to Great Smoky Mtn NP. Clean. Pigeon Forge however is very commercial, busy and unattractive with lots of chain restaurants and not walkable a
No frills Motel , clean , staff was friendly , room service daily
Yes, property was dated, but beds supra comfortable, room squeaky clean, location very convenient to event. Value was surprisingly over the top.
This is a very well maintained older property. It’s a great value and very convenient to all the attractions in the area!
Front clerk was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Easy walking distance to restaurants.
Clean rooms, professional staff. Many restaurants and shopping near.
Staff was exceptional
Great location on the Parkway
Great location and very clean. Renovations in progress. Very comfortable bed. Room smelled so clean. Great maid service. Easy check in and out. Parking a breeze. Would absolutely recommend to others and would reserve a room there again anytime
We had a pleasant stay.
Everyone was very nice. When I went to the room the bed was unbelievably bad. I complained and the staff agreed about the bed and gave me another room which had a better bed.
The room was spacious and clean. Not a lot of extras, but that was ok. This was what we were looking for on our short stay in Pigeon Forge.
