Light flooding in from the stunning wall of windows greets you as you walk into the illuminated main living area. Between October and April, cuddle up by the gas fireplace with a good book, or check out what's on cable on the flatscreen HDTV.

While the private washer/dryer takes care of the laundry, you can grab an ice-cold beverage and head out to the deck to take in the tree-lined views. Connect to the WiFi to stream some gentle background music while you fire up the gas BBQ to grill up a dish for your whole crew.

If it's too cold to cook outside, the open-style kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom stone counters, and room for a few chefs to bring a mouthwatering meal to the table. The other three bedrooms boast king-size beds as well, letting everyone stay in comfort. In the loft and main living area, there are two sofabeds for more sleeping space.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
