Overall, it was very fine. Nothing to write home about, but it felt safe and clean. The breakfast was fine. I loved the waffle iron! Not a huge selection, especially if you wanted protein or something savory.

Hotel I clean and smells clean. Staff is very friendly. Only fault is breakfast as there is not much seating and not much choice. Make your own waffles or cereal or oats. No protein options. Still a good hotel.

I am still trying to get a refund from these people. This hotel and staff is terrible and hotels.com has been no help in getting me a response once I cancelled. You can't stay at this place, it is horrid. I am still in discussion with hotels.com regarding the cancellation policy - I have already been charged. This is really unclear but the whole thing has been a terrible experience. I used hotels.com to book thinking I was protected. Not so.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue that was written down for maintenance to check. It seemed as if it would be addressed. There was A LOT of noise on the strip from cars racing, but with the air conditioner on, it was much quieter and the hotel had no control over the obnoxious drivers revving their engines. Breakfast was small (cereal, waffles, etc) but my family ate without complaints. We would stay again.

The only thing I would recommend the hotel change-- get new towels and washcloths as you can see and feel that they are old and worn out. The towels were rough on the skin. But everything else was very nice.

It appears that they have become a hangout for homeless people. 1st and 3rd floor had multiple people who just hung out smoking and drinking but they never seemed to be going anywhere. Not a good environment to have children around. Left early to finish vacation at another hotel. Will not stay there again
