It is a nice hotel. Didn’t know that it was so far from River street. Overall very nice facilities.

For the price of $311.00 a night it was very disappointing. There is mold on the ceilings in the bathroom . We didn't get the room we booked on line which was over priced anyway but the only one available. If you are going to charge this much then make it worth it. The young valet guy was extremely nice and professional.

Very nice, very clean, quiet, we were impressed! loved the large bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful staff.....................

Great hotel - very friendly staff. Love that it’s so close to Lulu’s Chocolate Bar and some other great historic area must-see places. Room was very clean and the breakfast was superb! Monique checked in on us after we got settled in to the room to make sure we were happy and satisfied with everything - never had that happen before! Def would stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful the service was excellent and the employees were kind and respectful the breakfast was good and the rooms are comfortable

Hotel facilities were great, breakfast was decent. However Front desk staff needs training on how to be courteous to guests. They were very matter of fact, robotic and didn’t even smile. The person who checked me in as well as the person who checked me out both exhibited the same behavior. No smile, no thank you, no come again - I felt me being there was a nuisance to them. To be fair, they did their job but I felt unwelcome. Would not come back to this hotel again.

People were very friendly. Lots of places you can walk to for shopping or if you want something to eat. Would definitely go back again.

Great breakfast and location. Clean and comfortable. Great staff. Well appointed. Characters at breakfast a nice touch. Even better if - fridge in my room didn't make gurgling noise all night and fitness room had free weights and a working treadmill.

My experience was very good. Parking was in the overload lot across the street, but you have to take into consideration that we're in the city, right in the historic district, and parking is at a premium. So I was grateful for parking. The room was very, very comfortable. I stay in Hamptons a lot, and I'm giving this one the Three Bears award for most comfortable mattress and pillows! I went out like a light, had a great sleep. The hotel itself is old, historic (very well maintained) In my room the ceilings were about 10 feet high. The furniture and décor in the common areas is tasteful and decorated in-period. The hotel seemed pretty full, the dining area was busy in the a.m. The staff was particularly helpful, giving me a map of Savannah and pointing out some sights I wouldn't want to miss. Overall a very nice, pleasant stay

Staff was very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable, Ice water and lemonade in the lobby was refreshing. Also cookies and coffee in the lobby was wonderful as well as breakfast in the morning.Great hotel to stay at while visiting Savannah.

Good location within easy walk of historic district and riverfront Staff was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Love Savannah and always wanted to stay at this hotel. On the way home from a funeral up north, we reserved a room just to stay one night. We had such a great experience we stayed an additional night.

From arrival to departure, a fantastic stay. Great staff, wonderful room, and close to everything!

Staff was excellent! Super friendly and kind! Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet seemed to be a hit! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

the staff very helpful, wonderful comfortable room.

The hotel looks out on downtown Savannah (the edge of it). The rooms were lovely, quiet, very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful too, and I loved looking over the park as we ate. Glad I splurged.

There was considerable cigarette smoke from smoking rooms nearby, that bothered me a lot as a non-smoker. I will not book this hotel again.

Stopped for one night on the way to Charleston. Got into town late, the room was huge and spotless. Staff was very nice. They recommended a great breakfast spot in the morning.

Thank you for your anonymous review. I do apologize if you were not given the room promised by Orbitz. I am not sure if this issue was reported to the front desk, but if you could reach out to us we definitely would like to fix this situation. I am glad to hear that our staff provided wonderful service to you. I will definitely send Kudos to the valet team.
