Rooms we nice size, but fumes from street traffic infiltrated the rooms giving us headaches. There was no sleeping in because of road noise and fumes.

The breakfasts and coffee were great. The rooms could use bigger trash cans. Other than that it was great.

Easy access to boardwalk.

Very affordable hotel in historic Savannah. I was pleasantly surprised with everything.

Cleanliness

Parking was far away and charged per day even though I only stayed for 2 hours one day.

Great location and a nice property, only negative is we stayed on the 5th floor and it took FOREVER for the hot water to arrive in the shower.

The location is good for the price. However, the hotel does not seem like it had been well taken care of- elevator walks are scuffed, paint peeling off, dirty. Then my room- you’d think that during a pandemic they’d be extra careful about cleanliness and having the room ready. I walked in and there were wet towels in the bathroom like if someone had just used them. The sofa in the room is filthy and had dust/ some other debris on it. The pillow cases were wrinkled which makes you think they didn’t replace them after last guest. The light fixtures were all dusty. Overall disappointing but not horrible. However, the reviews on Orbitz are misleading.

The gracious staff answered all of our questions about the city, the room was spotless, and the breakfast ample.

Everything was neat. However upon my arrival I was charged $25 for parking. This was not mentioned on orbitz website at all I’m very disappointed with Orbitz for not disclosing important information such as additional charges for parking.

Excellent service beginning til end. Really appreciate it.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the a/c rocked!

The room was great and the location of the inn is very well placed for getting to almost all parts of historic Savannah. Most transportation tours start quite close to the Inn

Visited during COVID 19. Great stay concerning circumstances. Pool towels were too small

Please discuss with the hotel. We do not charge guests for 2 hour parking unless you are attending an event at the hotel or are a hotel guest.
