A short walk to the beach. The room was clean and had a large closet for luggage. Breakfast was excellent. It was a short walk to the restaurant we chose for dinner.. There was a nice commons room and outdoor decks for relaxing, but we were on the beach during daylight.

We stayed in the Butler room for 4 nights. Not big, but certainly big enough for 2. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was small but efficient. Nice shower!! Breakfast...oh my! The first morning we had Hilary cooking for us and the next 3 morningsstayed were Debra. They were both so friendly and accommodating. They will definitely cater to you! Debra’s baked goods were amazing, but so were the grits and the pancakes and the french toast!!!! There are also some cereals, yogurt and bagels and delicious fresh fruit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! I wish I had packed up some of Debra’s crumb cake this morning to bring home!! Really nice place. On the beach, but also close enough to Savannah that driving back and forth is very convenient.

Our room was on a lower flor facing the main road. Traffic noise was quite disturbing. We clearly heard People walking aroud in the room above above us . The bed was extremely soft and uncomfortably. As a consequence we managed only a few hours of fitful sleep each night On the plus side theroom was very clean. Breakfast was very good and proximity to beach a big plus.
Debra was amazing. Very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. We love the more intimate and cozy feel of a bed and breakfast than a hotel. It was nice to have the option of the pool hotel next door available. The place is beautiful and loved having the private balcony overlooking the beach. Met the other 2 couples that were very friendly. We will def coming back to a Tybee only. Not a fan of Savannah.
Ms. Debra is the best. She treated us like Kings. Amazing beach view. Delicious breakfast. We are definitely coming back to Desoto Bed & Breakfast. Worth every penny.
