I always love to stay at Embassy!! We loved that it was downtown close to everything! We were able to ear at restaurants inside. It was convenient to walk to other places close by. We also could walk to the State Farm Arena instead of paying for parking. We also love theor fresh made omelets for breakfast with other food as well! Everyone is always nice no matter what state we are in staying at Embassy! Parking and security fees are not high as well! I loved it here!! Lol

The staff was very professional all around. The breakfast was convenient, and we enjoyed the complimentary evening drinks/snacks. However, I would suggest changing up the snacks for evening time. It was the same thing the 3 nights we stayed there. The valet staff was super nice, especially Syed. He was always welcoming. The hotel is walking distance to everything that we wanted to check out. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of our room. There was still hair in the bathroom shower, the sink faucet was very dirty like almost dirt like when I wiped it, the restroom floor was still dirty, the blanket had a small stain, and the lamp near the bed looked like it was never dusted. I did take pictures if needed. I have stayed at other Hilton hotels. This one is a little outdated and not as clean.
