This hotel needs renovation The sitting room couch was discussing and hair was on the blanket so I did not use it Vending machines don’t work as well had to go from the 8th floor to the 2nd floor before I found a working one People that work at the hotel are very nice Will not be staying at this place again

The hotel advertised Starbucks as a service amenity, which was one of the strongest reasons we chose this hotel over others. Upon arrival, the Starbucks was under construction and the coffee pot in our room was the main missing part. No coffee, not even at the breakfast provided. Most of he drink machines were empty during breakfast, but the food was good overall. The cable went out due to the rain, I assume, forcing us to watch tv on our phones (it actually never even came on). It also wanted us to pay for an upgrade just to cast our phone program to the TV, not happening. The only "room service" was at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and their menu was not standard room service food or prices. We couldn't get a reservation there either and had to order "room service" in person only. There were stains on the couch and one on the sheets. The front desk staff did not even look us in the face when being spoken to. When we said something, we got an excuse and not really an apology. The only reason they got a higher score than the lowest amount, is due to the kindness of the valets (which costs $45/night) and the manager trying to make it right for all of these instances, especially on our milestone anniversary. We will not be returning or recommending this hotel.

Nicely located downtown, but lots of “traps” overnight parking $45, the front desk attendant after we asked if there were any cheaper options “suggested” we stayed at Hyatt and got cheaper parking! What?! I guess we will next time!

I loved it my room was clean and quiet it was relaxing

WiFi was terrible. $45 to park (valet) with limited options otherwise. Location was perfect and appreciated the afternoon happy hour, as well as “free” breakfast.

Parking prices are ridiculous and extended time ! Will not be back

Great place would recommend very clean and great staff

Great staff. Great location that is close to everything downtown. Appreciated the staff’s attitude and attention to detail.

Our stay was pricey, but the service level was exceptional. We enjoyed the complimentary evening snack and beverages, and the made to order breakfast in the morning!

didn't know there was only valet parking . was charge 43.00 a day and only used my car four times in three days.

The staff here are wonderful. Clean rooms and lots of room space.

It’s always fun Close to attractions dwn town. Parking fee outrageous, that’s why I didn’t say excellent

Nice view. Starbucks. Convenient location. Nice restaurant. Walkable city

everyting was clean, prompt and the staff was very informative and friendly

This was an incredible location. The staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

I had a beautiful view of the park from my room! It was a wonderful stay and wonderful nice staff. i was there during a convention and they handled the high volume with grace.

A group of us attended a concert in the City and we stayed at Embassy Suites. We loved the location to Phillips Arena and we had a free hour hour with snacks and open bar from 5:50 to 7:30pm. It was a very nice place to stay, we will be back!

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback about your stay. I am sorry to see that you scored us low due to the valet being $45. Please let me be the first to apologize if no one already has. We try our best to communicate to all of our guests about the valet parking and be transparent with all the changes from Co-vid19. I will be sure to share your comments with upper management to address further.

We apologize for the inconvenience you suffered as a result of the $45 valet parking rate but unfortunately it is comparable to other hotels in the area.
