We enjoyed our stay. It was in close proximity to our event.

staff was ok, hotel and rooms seemed outdated. The price was too night for this type of hotel. conference was going on when we went and it was too crowded and loud.

This hotel is in a great location to a lot of Atlanta's major attractions. That the plus. The hotel itself is really nice looking.. Except the rooms are a bit dated (which makes it not worth the money). The free breakfast was ok. The minus for me was that the room could have been better cleaned. I found a empty hair spray bottle under the bed. I didn't even have to bend down to see it. Makes you wonder what else they slacked up on. Told the front desk and she was very dismissive about it. With a thorough search of the room, I would recommend. The last minus was the park view. I was on the 3rd floor, so the only view I got of the park was the street and trees that covered it.

The only negative thing I can say is the parking rate. It's $30 per night for valet parking. I don't think I will stay in the downtown area in Atlanta again just for this reason.

Great location. Responsive staff. Excellent breakfast options. Nice extra to have a manager's reception in the evening. My only quibbles had to do with the fact that I was in an accessible room -- by choice -- but it seemed that nobody had inhabited this room in awhile. There were no hangers in the closet. The TV set in the bedroom didn't work. The floor of the bathroom had not been scrubbed.

I was in Atlanta for a speaking engagement and I stayed here. The manager's reception was great and the cook to order breakfast was superb. It's a must stay!

The hotel is in a great location, overlooking Centennial Park. Close to everything. We rode the Sky-View, ate at Park Bar, and hit several other bars within walking distance of Embassy Suites. Love the 2 hour reception in the PM after check-in with free drinks and appetizers as well as the made to order breakfast that comes with the reservation. Check out of 12 was also good, I don't like to feel rushed in the morning. Great for a date night getaway.

The Embassy's location is the BEST in ATL.. It's friendly staff, room cleanliness and free reception EVERY night makes it a must stay whatever city I'm in!

Old and the staff was not good at all not worth $275 a night

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great for a weekend trip to Atlanta. Walking distance Aquarium, Centennial Park and World of Coke. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Only negative was high valet parking fee - $30/night and no free WiFi.

The hotel was really nice...but very crowded due to events that were going on. Would recommend parking options other that valet parking for the busy and on the go type of people...Overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful service. Righgt in the middle of all the downtown action. We had a great night at The Tabernacle's BlackBerry Smoke show!! Would definitely stay here again! Valets and bellhops were wonderfully professional and friendly!

Loved the location and the experience. Got a great deal and would definitely stay here again for the same price. Only hiccup was WiFi ($10/day) and the parking: valet only for $29/day. That was unexpected and - in my opinion - pricey, even by downtown standards. Nearby all day parking was $15. We opted for the valet anyway, as it was simpler. Otherwise, hotel stay was great. Price included 2 free alcoholic beverages and snacks (certain hours only) and was about 3 city blocks from the Aquarium and World of Coca Cola. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse was located in the hotel and made a much lovelier setting for their complimentary made-to-order breakfast compared to most hotels.

Hotel location is perfect distance to Atlanta Convention Center and right across street from Centennial Park. Also very close to Georgia Aquarium. Walking distance to Peachtree Street and lots of great restaurant choices.

I was attending a conference at the Georgia World Congress Center. This hotel was perfectly located, just across the street. The breakfast was fabulous, just what I needed to start my day at the conference. For other meals, there were an abundance of restaurants within walking distance.

Great location, Very close to CNN tower, Aquarium. They also provide breakfast and reception in the evening, though I think reception could have been better, not just chips and salsa.

Prepare to be underwhelmed for what you receive for your money. Pros: Location Cons: Technically they're suites, but they sure are small.Check the grout in your shower ... yuk! You'dl think they could invest in a little bleach. Also, make sure you take extra cash to tip every valet, bell hop ... etc. you enter. They'll always have their hand out.

The Valet parking was terrible, but they are not employees of the hotel. It took forever to get our cars when we needed them. The guys were not very efficient or friendly for that matter. I stayed there for one night for a conference that I attended at the hotel. They told me that after 3pm the day I was checking out it would cost me another $14 to park after I just paid $29 for the over night. There was not a parking lot that I could have self parked in. I would not recommend this hotel just because of the Valet/parking.

Spacious room and friendly service. Limited valet only parking. Quiet.

I traveled to Atlanta by car on 1/28 and stayed at the Embassy Suite Centennial Park. I arrived @ 1:30 and there was a valet attendant ready to park my car. My reservation was processed by a very pleasant and informative desk clerk and my room was ready. I found it clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, as I was attending an event at the GA Dome on Saturday and visiting the World of Coke on Sunday. We walked a short distance to both. Breakfast Sunday was delicious and checkout was a breeze. I will definitely stay at this Embassy Suites again and recommend it to anyone needing a hotel downtown Atlanta.
