Quiet, Relaxed Condo with a lot of Amenities
First, this condo location in Sanctuary by the Sea is on a perfect stretch of 30A. It's not crowded, but within 10-15 minutes of shops and dining at Water Colors and Blue Mountain Beach areas. The condo we rented was perfect for our family (3 adults, 3 kids). There is plenty of space and all of the furnishings are comfortable and give the right vibes for a beachy getaway. We were amazed at the quantity of available bathrooms in the unit (everyone could shower at one time) and loved having the in-unit laundry. The resort itself was very quiet and our kids had their choice of any of the three pools. However, the pools are not heated and it was a bit chilly even for them in mid-October. Hot tubs were definitely running and HOT. Security at the condo was friendly and always present throughout the property. Cleaning crews were out every morning to service the pool areas and keep the public areas spotless. We loved the private beach access (about a 5 minute walk) and our rental came with beach service (2 beach chairs and an umbrella). The parking garage does not have enough clearance for a car topper on an SUV (Dodge Durango in our case). We were able to park in one of the few surface parking spots to unload and remove our topper and place it on the balcony of the condo. If the surface spots are available, you could just park there without removing the topper from your vehicle. The kids liked it, and wanted to come again. Very chill vibe and great for relaxing.
