The parking was far away.
Customer service from the staff was good. The hotel was verry old, dirty and outdated. Nothing like the pictures. Even the pool looked big and nice in the pictures. It turned out to be small. The breakfast included is very bad quality! I mean like 10 times worst than Macdonald. Hard old bagels, sugary juices low quality. Overall I don’t think it’s worth what I paid $140.
Had a nice 3 night stay with no issues at all.
Everything was broken. The room’s phone, the coffee maker, the microwave, and the fridge (we didn’t realize until the next morning when our sushi had already spoiled). One of the lights on the vanity was blinking so much, luckily none of us were seizure prone, but imagine if someone with seizures does stay there?! Not worth what I paid for the place.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient to the freeway and the airport.
Great customer service
I booked the San Jose airport La Quinta last minute when my flight was delayed and the first flight out the next morning was early. I had my two daughters with me. I called the hotel before booking to inquire about the 24-hour shuttle service, as I would need to be picked up very early in the morning. I was assured it was on demand, so I booked the room. My stay was short but very pleasant. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. It was well lit. The shuttle service was actually a cab service that they used on demand and it was excellent. The hotel itself is less than a mile from the airport I think. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room not working, and she switched my room right away so we could go to bed. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. I would have liked a toothbrush and toothpaste available, but beggars can't be choosers (our luggage went ahead without us). Our shuttle arrived promptly at 5:15 a.m. I can't speak to the breakfast but the coffee was nice.
Friendly staff, courteous very pleasant experience.
Having Uber take me to the airport was fabulous!!
The hallways smelled like weed all the time.
