Did not appreciate the lack of service from the valet. I tipped the valet and did not get any assistance with my bags. I had to load my car myself. Not to self, never tip in advance. Was not impressed with guest services.

Staff is not friendly and no self parking.

We stay onsite for a sports competition that was held at the convention center also same night as Subtronics Rave. We were given a room on the street side closest to the raves and our beds shook all night from the noise. When I asked them to move us they simply said we are sold out and call SJPD. I did, nothing helped. I also asked for a refund and they refused to provide that and stated my room was prepaid. They did try to move us the next day but offered a lowered floor which I was told by staff is where they placed the rave attendees. All in all serious lack of sleep. Valet is the only option and takes 40 min to get your vehicle. They need a new system!

Very friendly staff and clean facility. Will definitely stay again. **friendly tip....make sure to call on your valet parking at least 20 mins prior to leaving

It was right across the convention center and close to everything downtown. Good restaurant and coffee places. The only thing I did not appreciate was it had loud toilets when you flushed and the tub area was a bit clogged.

Contential breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly.

Service was amazing and rooms were really nice and clean. Parking was tricky since there is no on-site parking garage so eitjer you self-park in the few spots they have on the side ($25) or its valet ($35). Other than that, the hotel was great.

It's in the downtown area and easy access to lot of places.

Es un lugar tranquilo me gusto.

Property walls were thin, we heard from next door rooms. We also heard clear conversations from barhroom vents.

There was nothing unique about the property.

Location was great

This hotel does not offer any parking. Street parking was full and someone complained of having their car broken into. They said we could pay $10 for overnight parking at a building a block away. Next morning when I had to pay the parking it was $20 not $10!

Great place. Parking under construction

The only bad thing is parking. You have to search the street. But it's because they're building the parking lot. But everything is fine. Recommended

Was a nice place to stay, some of the staff was super friendly others no so much. It was over all clean however there were some parts of the room that needed a little love like the carpet and some lights. Coming from Hyatt I was expecting a little more but it was a good stay.
