Room was relatively clean. Headboards were very dusty unfortunately. Front desk wasn't stocked as well. I asked for laundry bags and a bar of soap and they didn't have any.

The website says 24/7 shuttle after waiting for the shuttle we finallly called the hotel they DO NOT have a shuttle but they will call an uber for you and they will pay. This would have been nice to know. The door to the rooms is broken, to get back to the lobby you have to go out and around to the front doors to the lobby but no sign to inform you. When we booked a restaurant and bar were advertised but by the time we arrived both were closed this was stated on the website but not when we booked as we booked early. This would have been nice to know as we knew we would arrive kinda late and be hungry.

This property is old, dated and kinda loud. You can hear people walking by your room having a normal conversation as if they’re in the room with you. The rooms at a glance are okay but when a majority of the plugs don’t work it’s a little annoying, I had to plug my chargers in at a plug by the window and leave everything in the floor to charge because the bed side outlets didn’t work. That was slightly annoying, I guess it was one of those “you get what you pay for” things. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but far from the best or even good.

It was so gross and run down. Cant believe they charge $150/night. I took pics which i cant post but there were so many broken and janky things in this room. Plus the homeless camp in front was a nice touch. I will never go back n tell everyone to avoid!

The staff was very cold welcome vibe didn’t exist. Snack bar was completely empty and looked like it had been for long time. Only one ice machine. Walls in hotel room were dirty . A/C didn’t work. Very understaffed. We used to love the tiki lounge and the restaurant but none of it exists any more

Location was convenient parking was good. We had to wait in the lobby, to get checked in. We weren’t the only ones waiting. Bathrooms in lobby weren’t working and after traveling a few hours you need to use the bathroom. Plus in our room the cabinet holding the mini frig was hanging.
