Arena Hotel rescinded my booking one hour before my arrival. No reason given. I had to scramble to find a place to stay for the night. Good thing Orbitz helps you out.

The property was closed by the city. There was no business there.

The hotel was old and poorly maintained, and the staff was unfriendly and the condition of the room posted in the photo was different and not clean. When I asked to cancel the reservation, it was unfriendly and I asked the service center for more than an hour to move to another hotel.

Property was clean with limited parking. Property set on main thoroughfare and close to airport so all road noise and planes overhead could be heard from inside the room. Entrance to hotel has automatic door.

It is very comfortable and we stay here every time we go see a Sharks game! Thankyou!

As I waited in line two other customers were canceling there stay once they went to there rooms. My room smelled like dead fetus, bathroom was dirty, sheets had stains, very disappointed, not staying ever again. Orbitz please discontinue services with this hotel

Arrived for football game & wanted to check in early & rest before going to game... 2-4hrs before check in at 4pm. Unlike any hotel I've ever stayed at, wanted to charge me $50 extra (not mentioned anywhere on site) So i sat in the lobby for 2.5hrs waiting & didnt get to check in until 10pm after game Also, no soap or shampoo in the room. Room seemed a bit musty & old, & could've used a better cleaning. Apparently this was a nice hptel at one time (good water pressure, dated nice lobby, old spa tub) but it's best days are long gone. People actually live in some of the rooms. The 3-star rating likely largely relies on leftover shine from glory days. For all intents an purposes, its closer to a 2 star hotel than a 3 star.

The price was very good. It was run down. The tv did not work very loud. Homeless in the parking lot.

I didn't even stay. Had tried to call the day before...it just rang and rang then hung up. When I did show up, no one at the front desk then it turned out the front desk guy was hanging out in the lobby, knowing I was ringing the bell. Room had a gigantic moth at the window I had to kill. Loud, hissing toilet. And loud vent outside window. Called the front desk. Twice. No one picks up (again) (Hey, do you even WANT a hotel?). When down to get a new room, the front desk guy again returns to the front desk only to take a long (police?) call about a weird, welfare check on one of the guests as I stand there with my luggage. Finally, when he gives me a new room key, it didn't work. That was it -- I walked out and stayed with my brother's on an air mattress. Look, I don't mind no frills, but this place is a dump like you'd see in a movie.

The room smelled really bad. There was no wifi. The hotel itself was dirty.

toilet broken for entire stay, waiting now an hour before check-out to have it fixed — had to plunge it every time it was flushed, the room should have been decommissioned and not rented out until it could be sorted out because apparently there is already a work order on this room and it is a known problem. strange?

I wished you would have talked to our front desk regarding the odor in your room during your stay. We would have had housekeeping or maintenance investigate and clear it. We really pride ourselves on cleanliness, so I am concerned to hear that there were such housekeeping issues with your bathroom. It is unfortunate that you feel this way.
