To hotel is little old and the AC not working great .
First class
Everything was old and dated. Door lock had to be swiped several times before unlocking, balcony door wouldn’t lock, tv setting was very dark and unadjustable, some lamps wouldn’t turn on. Thin walls can hear neighbors and people in the hallways.
They gave me a pair of cookies after checking in. That says it all. 5 stars!
Staff was friendly but it can definitely use some upgrades for the price they charge.
My room on the first floor looked like a time capsule from 1990...old furniture, old carpet, outdated fixtures and far from what you would expect for paying a premium to stay at a Hilton. The bathroom door was splintering into pieces around the edges and resulted in a deep splinter from grabbing the door....save your money and find a newer hotel.
Very outdated rooms. Old furniture, dirty carpets bath room doors were peeling from top to bottom, shower heads had very poor water pressure. The extra pillow in the closet had some kind of bug in it. Also an extra fee of $30 for parking. Overall a very over priced room for a old falling apart room. Won’t be going back
Staff was nice. Free Cookies. Starbucks on property. Self Parking is ridiculously priced at $30 per night. The room was awful - hasn't been updated since the hotel was built. Bathroom was old and desperately needs updated. Not worth the price with so many other new hotel options in the area. Seems like this hotel gets away with not updating due to its proximity to the airport and contracts with the airlines.
Bed and pillow were comfortable. Shower was nice and I thought conveniently equipped with dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, body wash but ALL were empty and I had no shampoo! Had to wash my hair with bar soap. I came in late and did not see the hidden coffee pot until I was ready to check out. Other than that the facility was good. Grab bars in shower and toilet area in mobility room were well done. Room was spacious and well appointed.
Rooms are very dated, only part that looks updated is lobby, ice machine was broken vending machines were sold out of items. Parking was $28.00
Clean and great location with spacious rooms, vending machines do not work
Not enough staff and check in took a long time. The staffs are rude overall. I will never stay there again
The lobby was nice. But the rooms were old, run down, hallways and rooms smells bad. There were also a lot of roaches.
Really gave us with care. The receptionist to the houskeepers are really helpful understandable
