Not enough staff and check in took a long time. The staffs are rude overall. I will never stay there again

The lobby was nice. But the rooms were old, run down, hallways and rooms smells bad. There were also a lot of roaches.

Really gave us with care. The receptionist to the houskeepers are really helpful understandable

To doors is not work and to gate for Parking lot is not working too

The lady who checked us in was very arrogant. She should be fired.

1. Had to pay extra to park. 2. No refrigerator in the room. 3. When I took a shower I was always standing in 2 inches of water. Clogged drain in shower. 4. At check in we were not offered water nor cookies like other guests.

It was close to the Airport, and the breakfast buffet was really good.

My room smelled bad. There was hair in the shower, a blood stain on the carpet and the carpet had areas that were torn up. The hotel gladly changed our room. But our first room was pretty bad! I paid over $500.00 for 2 nights. And that doesn’t include a breakfast. (Oh but they give you a cookie) I will never stay at a doubletree again. Service was fine. But I could have had the same experience at a motel 6. And had breakfast included.

Everything was magnificent I will definitely stay again soon loved everything. Just wondering when does the safe deposit come back to my account?

Nice public spaces, bartender Javier was great, cookies FABULOUS. No in-room mini-bar- or snacks what? And $6 for on-room bottle of water-' ARE YOU SERIOUS? We laughed ourselves silly-- and we're natives of and reside in San Francisco, so used to crazy stupid prices. Pillows-- soft square-- on bed were awful.

Very minimal parking, hotel smelled old and musty, room was dilapidated and in rough shape, air conditioner didn't work well, and I had to wait 15 mins to check in at 11pm due to a line at the front desk. This facility wasn't a very good value for the price, other than being close to the airport.

Great welcoming to the guests. The room is clean and nice view. The room service is fabulous.
