I had to cancel the reservation due to a medical emergency that my brother experienced this afternoon. I spoke with someone at the front desk of the hotel, but had a hard time understanding the conversation that we were having because of that person’s accent. I want to make sure that I get a full refund for the canceled reservations, even though it was past the cancellation date, because of this medical emergency. I can provide a letter from the attending physician at the hospital to you and to the hotel if that is required to get the refund. I am hoping that my brother will be released tomorrow morning and that we can proceed to San Jose and fly out to our respective destinations on Wednesday. I plan on staying at the same hotel that we were scheduled to stay at tonight, but only if Iget a refund for today’s unfortunate cancellation. Thank you. Peter Hoopes
