My feet turned black 20 min after arriving to my room, and it had JUST been cleaned. WiFi was spotty and impossible to connect to. They don’t tell you which one to connect to only give you a password and you have to figure it out I guess. Bed felt like a foam pad on a harsh metal frame. In fact it sounded like an aluminum can being lightly crushed in the middle of the night. According to locals, not the best area, high drug/crime rate. I got what I paid for I guess.

No internet signal in the room, I ask them to change for another room, they don’t. They are liar about they have internet but none. The hotel has a lot of weird people come in. The customer service lady is not nice at all. Very rude actually. Never come back to this motel again. Bad , very bad.

The manager Anabel was really bad. I called a day earlier to ask if i can change the name on the reservation to my friend who would arrive couple hours before me. The lady on the phone said yes and said she can make a note and it should be fine. She should come with an ID. I said cool. On the day , my friend was told she cannot get the room till I arrive, there is no waiting space, and she had to sit on the side of the road. If they had said this before , she would have waited at the airport and not here. The manager was trash too , didnt do anything , i raised the question with her and she was busy protecting her employee. Showed her the call record , and told her what happened , she said sorry for the inconvenience. I asked who worked the previous day for the call , she said i dont know and didnt wanna pull up any info. The managers name was Anabel and this establishment is trash.
