My credit card was inappropriately charged beyond the required deposit. Moreover, I was charged twice for parking. I talked to a Hilton staff member whose name is Dakota three times; he ensured me that he would correct the incorrect charges. He did not after three requests to do so.

Bed was comfy, free wifi in room. Location is great. Staff communication was great.

I liked it a lot especially for my first time at a hotel

On site parking $35 day. I parked off site for FREE, No nearby Eateries, room was clean, homeless shelter 1 block away.

The Bad: I don't like the fact that I had to pay $30 for a one-night's stay at a hotel that I had already paid for. That's called a "hidden fee," and it's ridiculous to charge your own guests to park. The Good: This hotel was extremely clean, and went the extra effort to ensure a COVID-friendly stay. I think the rooms are being renovated, as our room appeared to have brand-new carpet and other modern amenities. The bed was the most comfortable that I've ever slept in, and I almost asked the hotel where they buy their beds and linens, so I could replicate the environment in my own home! I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location connected to the convention center and walking distance to everything.

Location may be this hotel's best feature. It is right by the convention center. This Hilton is an older property and the rooms have not been updated in quite a while. There were no available outlets by the bed nor any device outlets for charging phones or computers by the bed. Our TV had very few channels and the remote was nearly impossible to get to work. It does have on demand movies with many to choose from, albeit they were expensive to rent. There is small fitness room with nice treadmills and a couple of other aerobic machines. Handweights are also available along with a Universal machine. However there are no mats. There is a pool on the third floor but it is very small. The staff was great. It does have a restaurant and bar that seemed fairly nice.

The bathroom faucet leaks, tv brightness was low and cannot be controlled with generic remote, they charge 5$ for receiving my mail (5 grams.only)

It was a fast and easy check in.. rooms are clean and beds are comfortable

Property is in desperate need of an updated. Room was dirty with stains. Won’t be back.
