It was a nice property that was very clean and had a friendly staff. The staff was very accommodating to our request for adjoining rooms. Beds were comfortable however they were a bit high (I'm short) and I suggest you put fans in the bathroom to eliminate smell and shower steam.

Rooms and lobby area are fine, but $37 a night surprise parking fee as well as very expensive dining and bar options are a big negative. Rooms maybe less expensive than Marriott next door, but everything else makes up for the difference.

I loved being able to text my hosts so that I could focus on my work and still get the help and service that I needed from a friendly and available staff. Thank you for all of the help!

Venue was convenient for us since we were doing the event next door. We didn’t like the beds as we got 2 queens and they were very tiny. Also, we had no fridge in the room where we were told there was one. Super loud neighbors that property staff did nothing about. Super loud at midnight and running down halls in just boxers

Under construction

Where to start? I'll start at arrival. Not only no valet parking but no way to park and check in. Area closed due to construction. Drove around block 3 times to find the check in area. Doesn't exist with absolutely no signs or direction. Double parked to get checked in and get parking pass. Lady was friendly but not helpful at how to proceed. Parked in garage to find no signs to direct you to lobby or elevator. Also no luggage carts. Found an elevator that inside had a temp marked lobby. Didnt really go to lobby but rather behind training offices. No directions to lobby found it by walking around going behind construction plastic curtains. Had to schlep luggage around and through a construction and office maize to room elevators. Not 1 person offered any help. Room is all show no go. Looks like Hilton should hire someone that has actually traveled rather than designer. Room is only cleaned upon request but nobody showed. Room came with 2 towels had to request more, took over 2 hours to get them. Friendly staff but again not all that helpful. The mini-fridge is located behind dresser drawer but comes out when you open the fridge door. No microwave either. Room service is offered on listed amenities but not factual. Have to use a food delivery service. Didn't know street level noise could be a problem 12 stories up but it does and its loud. Bed was like sinking into a cloud, nice if you dont have back issues that need support. My message to travelers is to avoid this Hilton.

No food. No ice. Like living in a disaster aid area with no aid. Staff sucked. If they spoke to you at all it was to be rude.Severe limitations on pool and hot tub use. If this hotel expects to get back to business they don’t act like it. They removed every ice machine in the place. All at the same time. This was the worst hotel expe

Mini fridge was missing from cabinet. No streaming on tv (Netflix, Hulu, etc) No room service

The room was very nice and clean. There seemed to be construction going on so parking in the garage was very tight and not the best. The convention center also had an event going on which seemed to make that worse. The bar in the hotel closed at 10pm on a Saturday which seemed a bit early. Overall the stay was nice.

I didn't like that we couldn't get to our room from the garage.

The beds and pillows were nice. But no amenities, no room service, no bar or restaurant in the hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again.

My credit card was inappropriately charged beyond the required deposit. Moreover, I was charged twice for parking. I talked to a Hilton staff member whose name is Dakota three times; he ensured me that he would correct the incorrect charges. He did not after three requests to do so.

Bed was comfy, free wifi in room. Location is great. Staff communication was great.

I liked it a lot especially for my first time at a hotel

On site parking $35 day. I parked off site for FREE, No nearby Eateries, room was clean, homeless shelter 1 block away.

The Bad: I don't like the fact that I had to pay $30 for a one-night's stay at a hotel that I had already paid for. That's called a "hidden fee," and it's ridiculous to charge your own guests to park. The Good: This hotel was extremely clean, and went the extra effort to ensure a COVID-friendly stay. I think the rooms are being renovated, as our room appeared to have brand-new carpet and other modern amenities. The bed was the most comfortable that I've ever slept in, and I almost asked the hotel where they buy their beds and linens, so I could replicate the environment in my own home! I would definitely stay here again.

Dear Michelle , We truly appreciate the comments and feedback you have provided. I am glad to hear that our team was able to accommodate your request for adjoining rooms. I have also shared with our upper management team your suggestion regarding the shower steam and bathroom smell. Once again thank you for your time and we look forward welcoming you sometime in the near future.
