Gorgeous property, clean room, comfortable beds, convenient to many restaurants and stores.
THE MANSION ITSELF SMELLED HORRIBLE. UPON CHECK OUT I LEARNED THAT A FUNERAL WAS ABOUT TO TAKE PLACE. I THINK THE SMELL OF FORMALDEHYDE WAS CAUSING THE MANSION TO REEK OF DEATH. ON A GOOD NOTE, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, BUT NOT WORTH $300!!
There was a power outage for one full day and the staff did nothing to provide for or update the guests. All the hallways were pitch dark and the main doors were left open so anyone could walk in creating a big safety concern. I never saw any security personnel in the hallways or otherwise reassuring guests of safety. Neve have I been contacted during or even after the outage with an update or an apology for the terrible night that I had there with no power, internet, heat or water. As a solo traveller I couldn't even leave my room to get an extra blanket cause there was no way back. Very disappointed in how the management is running this place (lack or concern and rude) There is no emergency plan and the staff lacks the slightest care for their guests. disappointed to know this place is part of the Hilton family!
Staff were not friendly. They even advised they had no ideas on where to eat and said the resturaunt on site was not a place they would eat. Asked for a call for when room was ready. Didnt get it. Room was above ballroom where they had a party so I was upset with the noise and wanted to stay in the main property which is why I choose that hotel for the history. The lobby grab and go is bad. The whole experience was very mute. I wouldnt stay there again.
We were put in a room overlooking the lawn area where weddings are performed. It was very, very noisy, but put up with it until the very next morning at 8:30-9:00 when another wedding was performed—again, very, very noisy from morning until late in evening.
Comfortable beds- unfortunately we experienced clogged bathtub when showering.
Very quiet, dog friendly property. Clean and fresh rooms.
Super nice hotel very clean and up to date with style.the hotel was so cozy and the gym was great the pool a bit small and crowded parking was a bit of a pain and due to COVID there was no restaurant and room service and housekeeping needs to be preschedules so getting extra towels or soap was not easy.but other than that I would definitely stay here again great hotel would definitely recommend.
The grounds and property are gorgeous. The rooms are updated a d modern with soft firm beds and the perfect weighr comforter. The bat was a fun gathering spot. I wasnt thrilled with parking in open lot a d wheeling my language from their to my room
Hayes Mansion had absolutely no record of my Orbitz reservation. After showing my confirmation, I was fortunate that they matched the price that Orbitz said I had.
Architecture was amazing,
A beautiful, historic mansion, with a park right outside. I’ve never stayed at such a lovely hotel.
Check in was too slow. Unable to find elevator due to construction
I didn't like the fact that there was NEVER ANY PARKING available.
Terrible smell inside and no drinking water, old furniture and so far from lobby no parking lot nearby
Beautiful place, really nice suite. Staff was unhelpful for minor requests like pool towels and seemed irritated people were there. Maybe it’s an off-season thing.
Quick check in/out. Friendly staff. Close to the airport
The property exterior is very nice and well kept with great parking. However, my room was very dated with need for repairs in paint, flooring, molding and furniture. Also, there were multiple company parties on the property until 11:30pm - the bass was very intrusive to our room. The staff apologized but showed no concern that they should have pre-informed guests about the parties. Never staying here again.

Mr and Mrs. Mohsenzadegan,Again, the hotel apologizes for your experience. Upon your arrival, a couple of hotel manament staff did speak with both you and your spouse and suggested that due to the power outage in the area that the hotel would waive your stay for you to stay elsewhere. We knew other areas in the city did not have issues with their power. We explained at check time that we were unsure of the time the city would be able to restore power and there were other options in the area that would be able to provide you the experience that one would expect, like power, hot water, digital phones and key access to your rooms. The hotel did have additional people patrolling the hotel. Additionally, due to the duration of the power outage the hotel had to secure other sources of light to illuminate the corridors. Although our hot water is from gas, the hotel's circulator pumps, which gets the hot water from the tanks to guest rooms, are run by electricity. Additionally, the phone system is a digital system.
