Absolutely hideous! Dirty property, trash scattered everywhere, marijuana smokers in almost every room (they’re supposedly a smoke free property), no breakfast as published on their sites, severely mentally ill people around, obnoxiously loud guests, screaming people after 2am, office PM personnel calling animal control on guests service and ESA dogs without calling the owners first (zero customer service in this regard), and very expensive for such a horrible place!

Room was in ok condition. They did some upgrades to the room. They do not provide shampoo or conditioner for your hair. They did not have a coffee pot but yet they have a microwave and a refrigerator. The rooms are small and they are not insulated well you can hear the Nextdoor neighbors and their snoring. This is a glorified Motel 6. Super 8 it is not.

This hotel formerly was Park Inn. It was just newly converted to Super. The room I stayed was very quiet. Most of the hotel staff I encountered were very helpful. But one staff member refused to give me a blanket because they said they are not allowed to go out to fetch it in the evening when they are the only one in the office. Breakfast was not served even though Expedia says free breakfast when I made the booking. Mattresses are of very poor quality. I had to change room after the first night due to a broken mattress. But the mattress in the second room was only marginally better than the first one. There was a big puddle of water at the base of the stairs throughout the 4 days I stayed at the hotel. It was a hazard but nobody did anything about it. I wish the manager does a walk-around every shift.
