Our private and comfortable downstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms is the best of both worlds. It's located in downtown San Jose but in a residential neighborhood. Our neighborhood is quiet also close to all transportation, restaurants, entertainments, San Jose Convention Center, SAP center, light rail Station, San Jose Airport, Levi's Stadium. Downtown San Jose, all major freeways.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Find the sign that tells you which door belongs to the place, not the escape hatch we tried first... Took my group a while to understand the layout of the property. Otherwise it was smooth going and coming upon the property. Adequate parking in the neighborhood even in the middle of the night. The place was clean and felt welcoming. Unfortunately, we had a plumbing problem and had to use the owner's bathroom at the end of our stay. Thankfully they were prompt about getting things remedied. The owner's mom is a complete gem! We loved her, she brought us back in good spirits for the road trip back home. Should I ever need to stay in San Jose again, I hope they are available.

Fun in San Jose

Cute basement apartment in downtown San Jose. The owners were friendly and accommodating so was their dog). Booked for attending an event at the convention center. The convention center was pretty easy to get to in about 10 minutes. Beds are firm, kitchen has what’s needed for cooking, the shower is a good size, and it was easy to connect to WiFi. The price was great compared to the hotels in downtown San Jose and the apartment is much larger than just a hotel room.

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The place we stayed in was comfortable, clean, and overall a really cool place to stay. The property owners were extremely friendly, very flexible and just overall good people we would definitely Stay there again

Safe, Convenient & Social

As a woman traveling alone this was SUCH a wonderful place to hang my imaginary proverbial sun hat. With a huge kitchen appointed with all you need to cook a wonderful healthy meal, a large kitchen table to work and eat from, a comfy sofa with Netflix AND an outdoor garden/patio area for some sun - what more could a traveller ask for! Oh! I forgot to mention close to downtown AND gracious, hugely helpful owners! I could not be more happy with my stay.
