HORRIBLE SERVICE! Never booking here ever again! The front desk lady was slamming her finger at the iPad.

The Good: I chose this hotel because it was close to Kaiser hospital, where I was visiting a loved one. Also, the room rate was competitive, especially since it included a kitchenette. This was perferct for me, since I ended up staying there for 8 days. I bought my own food at the Lucky supermarket across the street, and made my own meals. Throughout my stay, the staff was friendly and courteous. The Bad: I stayed there during COVID. I brought my own Clorox wipes and completely disinfected the room. I wiped down every surface that I imagined I would be touching. What I found when I was wiping things down, was that my wipes turned brown with dirt. Even the curtain pulls had visible dirt on them. So when I wiped them, they became clean again. So it became obvious that not only was this hotel not doing any additional sanitizing between guests for COVID-19, they weren't even doing a STANDARD job of cleaning between guests. This is an "extended stay" hotel, so, there is a different kind of guest that stays there. They are NOT business travelers. What I noticed throughout the time I was there, was that there was a lot of pot smoking and working on cars in the parking lot. During one night, I saw someone smashing open a plastic security retail box in the parking lot, to access the contents. He left the broken bits of plastic all over the parking lot. On three different occasions, there was police presence there. Needless to say, I will never stay there again.

Was told it would have to wait a few hours to have something done about the curtains. They did take care of it quickly after i talked about wanting my money back. For $15o a night i expected more. I booked my room and paid in advance. When I arrived they had no rooms available. They put me in a suite but I had to pay for 100% of the cost of the suite and had no benefit for the prepayment through orbitz.

Dirty bathroom, hole in wall, 2 electric sockets broken, no breakfast tho it was promoted on web and in room, sparse amenities. On the positive side, a/c worked great.

Doesn't feel very safe too many shady looking people walking around at night in the parking lot. Some stayed up late and making too much noise talking, thumping walls and stomping the floor. Front desk closes at 11pm. website shows midnight doors were locked but fortunately i was helped. The room wasn't very clean there was hair, dirt and lint on the floor Under the bed was worse. The rooms are spacious but they need a thorough cleaning.

I am a Marriott Platinum member but had to book a non-Marriott property due to availability and stay in hotels 2-3 nights/week. I Booked 6 rooms for a business trip at this extended stay, we checked in at 6:00pm and (3) rooms were not ready/cleaned due to the house keeping staff "walking off". Hotel staff was nice considering circumstances... We went to Dinner at and came back around 10pm, fortunately, the (3) rooms were ready. Each guy complained about smell of the room and discomfort of the beds, very bad from my personal experience. Remote for tv didn't work, (2) flimsy pillows, no sheet on bed, thermostat didn't work, no shower curtain in shower.. I experienced a few mouse traps in my room and when getting in the shower in the morning had 3 mice run across the floor!

This hotel is whatevers. Wouldnt stay there again. Not many stores around. Close to the middle of nowhere. They do have a stove so I would assume they'd provided atleast one pot, pan and a set of dishes with utensils, but I was wrong. Stayed for 2 days and 2 nights and we got no room service/cleaning done! Very mad about that. And when it came time to check out I was at the front for 5 minutes waiting to be attended but the employee was too busy somewhere in a back room on a personal call laughing all loud. I said excuse me 3 times and other guests even raised their eyebrows like wow smh. So I just left worhout offically checking out. Get off your phone and attend the guests! AND when i came back from being out all day somehow my card got deactivated so I had to go back (the first time ) and interrupt the employee off her personal call (again) to get new cards to go back inside my room. Wouldn't stay here again.

Words can't express how awful this hotel is. The staff was rude, both girls. We were here for an evening business conference so all we really needed was a place to sleep before our flight home the next morning. We immediately saw the dirty sheets. I'm not talking just a little dirt, it was disgusting. We called the front desk to have them changed. Her response "they are in the dryer, I'll do that when they are done". We left for an errand, came back before the conference and noticed it wasn't done (2 hours later). So we called again because we knew it was going to be late when we got back. She said she could bring the sheets up to us but we'd have to take the dirty ones off and put the new ones back on. APPALLED! I told her I will not do that, it's a hotel. She can do that. She said the housekeeper left for the day so either I do that or I can check out and go to a new hotel. We had two rooms. In the other room the water didn't work in the kitchen sink, one of the towels had what looked like dirt from a shoe AND no blankets on the bed. We had no choice but to at 10:30pm (after the conference) get the sheets and change the bed ourselves but when we asked for a blanket, she said they didn't one. Needless to say, NEVER EVER stay here!

The staff was incredibly rude when we checked in, to us and customers in the phone. The first room we got was a refurbished non smoking room that still smelled like cigarettes really bad so we changed rooms and the second room had a terrible rotten odor that we found out was a really old McDonald's bag with food under the sink. The floors were greasy and gross and the room felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Would never stay here again. Horrible experience.

I booked through Orbitz, my reservation notice came with a note that I had a late check in up to midnight. When I got to the hotel at 10:15 pm they had given my room away because I was late. While the girl tried to find another place she had obviously never encountered this before and was completely unsure of what to do. Then she left and no one was there to help. Through Orbitz customer service I finally got a hotel room 40 miles away. This review requires I submit a rating on the room and room comfort -- the entryway where I was was fine.

Very terrible room condition. Dust on the table, you can use your fingered write on it even! Strong smell in the room and elevator. The room I got was just finished renovation. I cannot understand why the hotel feel okay to open the room to check guests in. The truth is that the room next door still under renovation, workers were plainting the wall. Can you imagin sleep with windows widely open just to get fresh air into the room? When I checked in, I found bin filled with trash. Obviously, room service staff forget to clean the trash bin. What's more, it tooks me more than 30 mins to check in and check out added up. A normal time cost should be no more than 15mins.

The appearance of dirt and debris on the floor of the hotel when we walked in was not attractive. And it only got worse as we got to our room. The room was okay, but the fixtures in the bathroom needed some TLC. The sink stopper was broke, as well as the drain stopper in the tub. There is no way the cleaning staff could possibly have overlooked that, unless the room didn't get thoroughly cleaned to begin with. There was nobody present at the desk when we left on the morning of 1 March. I left the keys on the desk, yelled back behind the desk, but the lights were off and no response. Didn't look as if the hallways had been cleaned in several days. Needed vacuuming and some light fixtures, especially the fire exit signage, needs addressed.

Called them to confirm my reservation and they confirmed with me. I even callled againm an hour before arriving hotel, to notify I was going to make a late check in, and they even confirmed that. Arrived 3 in the morning and when I went in to check in with the receptionist, she said all rooms were taken. I even told her that she confirmed with me one hour before, and she said she was not able to do anything. So I left and found another hotel like 20 minutes away from there. Days later I called Orbits to get a refund, they answered me by saying that I stood in the hotel that night. That hotel confirmed with them. And of course I fought back so they called the hotel twice until I got my money back.

Extended Stay America is a good for the basics hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. The noise levels were high throughout the night. Staff was efficient and friendly.

The hotel is near everything I needed. Val and Judy were wonderful hosts.
