Staff handled things well

Manager of hotel had an accent that made it very difficult to understand his English. He was friendly and helpful but this was his second language and I noticed I was not the only customer who had difficulty understanding him at check in and check out. The other person in the office was also a person for who English appeared to be her second language.

There was very little staff available there is issues with the key cards as well as the door locks the front desk agent that I inquired about getting kitchenware gave me very little kitchen where all of which was needed however the most important things were not given when I returned to the front desk to let them know there was another front desk agent now working and I asked for another personal Care item and the response that I got I thought was a joke at first until I seen the seriousness in the front desk agents phase I couldn't help a walkway in disbelief thinking they thought they were serious with that answer

It was right next to a railroad with a train horn so loud every 30 minutes. It is away from restaurants, stores, or grocery. No housewares, although advertised. You have to ask for them, and when I did, none was available.

Clean, great price and smooth check In. Everything was clean and neat. No weird smells. Very quiet.

This room was not inexpensive, and I did not feel I got the value I paid for it. Got a handicapped room, which is not always fun. The lights next to the bed would not work, so had to use the flashlight on my phone to see. Near a train track, so noisy all night. The breakfast is really only muffins in plastic bags and granola bars. No hair dryer in the room, so I had to go to the front desk to get it myself, as there was no one there to bring it to me. One small bottle of shampoo (no conditioner, lotion etc). Then, when I checked out, they didn't want to give me a receipt. When I asked for one, I realized they over charged me by $60 more than the Orbitz rate. The woman at the desk could not provide me with a new receipt at the time, but did send one to me later in the day via email.

Overall it is good especially it is close to Santa Clara convention center.

A dead bug was on the wall , they forgot to leave the soap and shampoo in the room. There was a horrible noise

My stay was so comfy! The place is nice and quiet! Staff was friendly. I felt so tired and wasn't going to be checking out on time. The lady in the front desk offer to extend my stay Until noon with no extra charges! Thank you extended stay!

I regret having booked this hotel, first when we get into the hotel the attention was horrible, they made us wait a long time, the person who checked us was a old person, was very slow and rude, was not friendly, the rooms were not that clean, and the most horrible thing is that they do not give water to the guests, you have to buy it at the hotel, another thing they offer a a supposed breakfast included in the hotel rate, and our surprise was when we went down to the lobby, was only coffee with muffins, that's all, really? that was a joke for us, is that a truly breakfast in a hotel? And the "the breakfast" was until 9am. The hotel price is very high for what they offer, we only chose it because it was near the levi stadium and we went to the beyonce concert, but never again in that hotel, not recommened at all.

We arrived to a courteous staff. We asked for extra blankets and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was close enough for the stadium but far enough to be away from most of the exiting traffic. The clean rooms and comfortable beds made the stay relaxing.

When checking in (at 4:00 PM) there was only 1 staff member checking people in so it was about a 30 minute wait. Some people were saying it took them about 45 minutes. I overheard someone say some staff called in sick. I felt bad for the girl working the front counter and for the most part the people in line did too, but every request or question was answered with a sigh or an eye roll. I felt the staff was unprofessional and I also felt like they were very inconvenienced by the presence of all the customers. The hotel was nice and very clean and the location was convenient for concerts, but unfortunately I will not be returning.

This is a great hotel/efficiency apartment with full kitchen. The location is in good distance to peninsula cities. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities you would want at a great value. The continental breakfast left a bit to be desired, however.
