Called front desk twice for picking up from SFO terminal 3. It was raining. It was harder to see the name on the shuttle But The shuttle driver didn’t fully stop, passed through me. I had to go to Uber

The hotel room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel has an open "atrium-like" area central to each floor that gives a more spacious feel. The airport shuttle was also appreciated. We were impressed with what the property offered at a modest price.

Everything was great...the only thing is to make sure cleaning staff checks the contents left by previous guests in the minifridge. Mine had 2 frozen moscato bottles and a Wendy's sundae. It didn't bother me but this may bother a future guest.

The room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. Good shower with awesome pressure and plenty of hot water. While I didn't have a car, they do offer free parking which is ALWAYS a nice perk. The shuttle was nice, although it has seen better days. Train station is about a 15-20 minute walk and that takes you right into San Francisco. The snack station was not well stocked, but plenty of bottled water. The building itself is nice, but very chilly. The cost was very reasonable and would definitely suggest this place for a trip here.

Lobby needs to be more appealing but main part of hotel looks nice. Staff at check in was horrible. No help at all when asking questions about the area. Very convenient to have tons of places to eat nearby and CalTrain a few blocks away. Shuttle service isn’t too convenient when needing to get picked up. Ended up taking an Uber on the way back to the airport. Felt safe in the neighborhood. No breakfast like it says when you search it up.

There were a few random, broken things in our room like the toilet paper holder and towel holder and the noise from the street was VERY loud, but overall, the room was clean and the hotel overall had a really cool vibe! Good parking. No breakfast. Hot chocolate was out on their coffee machine in lobby.
