The air in the room didn't work. There was no receptionist at the front desk. The room smelled like smoke even though it said it was a non-smoking room.

The room was very clean and big. They offer breakfast and shuttle to the airport.

I liked that the property was relatively close to the airport. However the shuttle service was horrible. I was told it would come in 25 min and it took over 1 hr. The shuttle driver named Ray, was extremely rude to me and two other customers. He actually shut the door on me and when I asked for his name to report him to the manager he screamed who the hell do you think you are. The other two customers witnessed it and weRe shocked at his aggressive And horribly unprofessional behavior. Although the room was very adequate (clean and comfortable) the experience with the service and shuttle driver was shocking. Because of this experience I would give the hotel a rating of 2/10. I would never recommend this hotel.

Smell of paint is very strong in the room. The covers and sheets have a smell. Also I waited for 20 minutes for the airport shuttle to pick me up

Of course it was my fault, but I didn't realize that I had an overnight stay in San Francisco as part of my outbound trip from Boston to Albuquerque, so wound up forgetting to cancel when I otherwise cancelled the rest of the trip. I got hit with a 100% no-show penalty. While I take responsibility for that, I wish the property could have worked with me to lessen the hit.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Big clean room, shuttle was on time ( it is once a hour, you need to sign up a day before, our was at 7:10 am). Nice location in walking distance from restaurants.

Staff was very fast and friendly! The room was very clean and just what we needed after a long day of traveling!

Very friendly and helpful staff, we arrived 2 hours early but room was ready so we were able to check in. Spacious room, clean, quiet, unfortunately didn't get a chance to have breakfast because we had to take 7 AM flight. great value for the price!

Beautiful area I would like to go back and spend more time

Falsely advertised an airport shuttle. No pick up at midnight to get to hotel. Staff lied...

Our room was truly rank smelling, with the smell emanating from deep within the foul old carpeting. Luckily we were able to open the windows (onto a busy noisy street, but a huge improvement nonetheless) and we slept with the bathroom fan on all night to keep the outside air circulating through which made things manageable. That said, I appreciated that the bed sheets and towels were nice and clean but not hyper smelling of detergent or bleach....that in itself was a lovely thing.

Close proximity to airport, convenient to car rental too.

I was happy with my stay at the Ramada. The room was spacious, and the bedding was nice, crisped to the touch, just how I like my sheets! I requested a later check out because I overslept, and wasn't feeling very well, and they extended the time by 30 minutes, which I was very thankful for.

The staff are amazing and super nice and accommodating unlike any other hotel I've stayed at. Relaxing and peaceful at this hotel. Six star experience and breakfast was outstanding! Definitely will continue booking here for my stays!

Started off good the first night Room was clean nice and quiet. The problem was waking up to no running water. Nobody gave us a heads up or nothing. We had to call down there to see what’s going on supposedly they had a leak and they shut the water off... It was an inncovient I had to cancel my meetings and what ever else I had plan during that time. When I talked to the guy he acted like having no water was nothing.. He asked by having no water was it an emergency? I kept my patience ask for a refund for that night because they went about it all the wrong way... Same guy ended up calling me again that night after the water came back on saying that the water will be off the next day like really??? Good thing that is when we checked out. I had to call back and forth to get my refund for the night. I wouldn’t recommend getting a room there because I feel like it should had been better communication and water shouldn’t be a problem when people are paying money for all them services. Sorry but my husband and I will not be coming back here.

Good hotel - staff was accommodating! The shuttle to the airport was great - they picked me up from the airport and brought me back the nadir day for my flight to San Diego.
