Bed bugs. My daughter is suffering from bed-bug bites all over her body. She saw two doctors to confirm this. I waited for test results before writing a review to be fair. Bed bugs, unclean tub and toilets are not what you expect when spending on what you believe would be better than a hotel experience. Seriously reconsider staying here.

kitchen utensils for cooking could be more practical. Some pieces are missing to do a meal. Storage area in the bad room could be better. For an apartment with six people not ideal.
You know when you think that probably the pictures don't represent exactly what you are getting? Well, this is exactly that. Bedroom lamps that have been pull out from the walls, so there is no night light, furniture missing, toiletries were a half refilled bottle of a suave body soap and 1/3 of another "wonderful" brand bottle of conditioner. Not even shampoo even less any kind of lotion. There was another lamp/mirror in the bathroom that was also pulled out of the wall. Kitchen shelve was so dirty that I had to clean it myself upon arrival. Auxiliary bed missing a wheel so hard to pull in and out. Missing coffee table. The floor was so dirty that we couldn't walk barefoot since our feet would stick to it. There was no mop or broom or dust pan for me to use. I asked for it and apparently there wete some supplies somewhere to share with all other units. I could go on and on, but you get the point. Area is at least sketchy but I would move more towards dangerous. There was cvs close by and the security gard was t3lling us how many problems there were in the area specially with drug addicts and mental problems. For sure I would never recommend for families with kids. I asked for the apartment ( ha, ha, more like a little studio, it's a lot smaller than you would think) to be clean, and I was told that it would be $165. I told them that the apartment was extremely dirty upon arrival, but since it took me 4 days to complain, they didn't clean anything.
We read the other reviews and hesitated, wasn't sure what we would get. Ended up being a nice unit at a fair cost for the area, great location, and management communicated well and was responsive anytime we called/emailed. As mentioned in other reviews, the smell of weed was strong. We kept windows open to air out the place, but issue was it was deeply entrenched into the pillows and mattress toppers. Management brought air fresheners and had an air purifier, but still couldn't rid the smell. I suppose it goes with the area though. Otherwise, was clean, great location, and staff was really accommodating and responsive.
