What I like about the property is that everyone worked there was kind and energetic to help. When I didn't like or all of the other fees that we're involved with being there. For example you have to pay to park your car, we had to pay to check in early. These are what I would consider Hidden fees

The air conditioner does not cool the room. Housekeeping by request and they only change the toys. Breakfast is great.

Everything was ok..

Atmosphere

Hotel and amenities are good, staff not so much… We were given an attitude by the staff who delivered our blankets and towels. The place is nice but not as friendly.

Nice bar/ restaurant

Staff rude and very noisy

I stay at Hilton hotels primarily. I was really disappointed with this one and do not recommend it. There was no indication that the pool and hot tub would be closed but they were supposedly due to failing local cleanliness requirements from the city. However, they held lessons for children in the pool during my stay. The bathroom smelled terrible like the sink and shower drains had funk in them. There was black mold on the bedroom wall and rust on the doorframes (poor upkeep). I tried to call room service because I brought a bottle of wine and there were no openers or glasses in the room. Nobody picked up so I eventually called the front desk. They saidthey had no room service and would not loan a bottle opener-I had to take the bottle to the front desk and have them open it then wait for the restaurant to open and go there to get glasses. It was extremely cold in the room but they have no thermostats for customers to adjust-they keep control oftge temperature. At breakfast, you could tell the owner was trying to cut costs everywhere possible. All customers had to stand in line to get served everything (from their very limited selection) and then ask continuously for more if you wanted more than a child size portion. Overall, this is by far the WORST hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time and the worst Hilton ever.

The back view is great

The only thing I did not like was that if I wanted to have access to the hotel Wi-Fi I had to apply for a credit card for the hotel. Other than this, everything else was great

I liked the breakfast that Embassy suites provides. What I did not like or what I did not notice is that when I arrived I was told that I would have to pay for parking and parking at the embassy suites in milpitas Didn't have a fee for parking. What I also thought was disturbing is that when I arrived at at 2:30 in the afternoon a room was not available or I should say the room they had placed me and was not available and it wasn't until another attendant said to put him in a different room that they finally did.. After driving in from Fresno my friend and I were tired and all we wanted to do was get into a room and relax.. But delayed in getting a room was not favorable.

The property we nice , good location The Frontdesk staff at check in were not very friendly and seemed to be annoyed in doing their job in my opinion. The room and breakfast were only thing that helped me think the hotel was not a overall a bad experience

Nice setting and location, lovely atrium. Extra sitting area was useful. Balcony was NOT worth the upgrade, too small to even step out onto. Ocean view was nice but not great at low tide which was Extremely Low. Nice view of airport landings. Breakfast was decent, long lines. Only complaint was no hotel van service from airport operating currently due to Covid. Uber was almost $50 for 2 miles!

Stay away from this hotel. Our stay was so bad. Their was no a/c and they gave us fan instead. We have to pay $36 for parking but parking is always full on site and they let us park on the street. I was disappointed with orbitz, i tried calling to make a complaint but no one is available to answer. I know we have a pandemic but i dont think what we experienced was right. Personally i feel we deserved a refund or atleast a discount. I'll be more careful booking with orbitz while we have a pandemic. I dont think they have enough human resources to help you out. I used to book all my vacation through them but not right now.

The property is in a perfect spot for walking, running. We chose a room with a balcony with bay view. The view of the bay was fantastic however the “ balcony “ was just a railing outside a sliding door. No chair and you can’t even step outside as you won’t fit in.What a waist of money. Staff at the reception area were not really welcoming! No greetings, unapproachable. They charge $36/ night parking for hotel guests but free for those doing the trail. As we entered the room it smelled so bad we had to open the window. As we unfolded the sofa bed there were still crumbs of crackers/chips. The free breakfast was good.

Nice stay, as expected. Room and hotel were spotless and tidy. Breakfast was good. Front desk was near impossible to call before trip, calling 3 different times, first time a 60 min wait, second a 30 min wait and 3rd time 25 min wait that got disconnected. The phone staff were a toss up - some were friendly and some were not. It was the first time I got an uncomfortable bed at Embassy Suites.
