Aloft San Francisco Airport

Arrived early but had no problems checking in to get some extra rest after a long flight.;

An excellent choice for staying the night before an early am flight out of SFO. The room was clean, quiet, and as many say, had a "Euro" feel. The lobby is expansive and has games, a pool table, and a well stocked bar. This will definitely be my first choice from now on.

Estuvo muy bien, además tiene transporte al aeropuerto . Muy cómodo y confortable

Great spot for a day long layover. Free airport shuttles are a bonus. Great snack shop with lots a choices for a quick & healthy bite. Only drawback, you can hear the jets taking off, so take earplugs . Over all I love stay at Aloft & W hotels

The rooms were surpringly big and comfortable. I was impressed by the facilities. Wish I could've stayed longer to enjoy the music! Helpful staff.

Drive from home is 4 hours! to SFO so I stayed with you for my early a.m. departure next day. Perfect! Got to relax, had a good meal, a drink, and slept soundly. Left my car and shuttled to departure time without a hitch. I'll be back! Thank you!

Great location if you need to be close to the airport, complimentary shuttle to & from SFO. Rooms are small, but comfortable and modern. Bathrooms are spacious, my favorite part of my stay was the shower!!! I like that they have a 24/7 snack bar. Free water bottle provided daily. My only complaint is that I bought a lot of food that I planned to eat throughout my 5 night stay and when housekeeping came to clean my room the first time, they took all my food!!! So disappointing. Over $100 of food...gone!

Always a great place to layover. This visit was exceptional in that I had messed up my time zone travel and misbooked my stay. But within a few moments the desk clerk had checked me in without making me feel like an idiot!!

Everything was top of the line. We were comfortable in every way.

Nice hotel but room and shower was to dark. Hotel staff was very nice.

Not only the best SFO hotel value at the time, but it an amazing experience

Hotel was ok. Parking is overflowed. I almost could not find parking space. Parking should be complimentary. Good thing is convenient to airport and freeway.

Good enough for one night stay. Even for three nights. It has all facilities.

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean however parking is adjacent to long term airport parking and scarce late at night.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to SFO and its price. The rooms were wonderful, clean with comfortable beds. Really liked the layout. Did not find the plane noise to be an issue. The free airport shuttle was a factor in our choice. The wifi was somewhat weak, but usable. The lobby/bar/lounge area is contemporary and appealing, but the check-in kiosk seems a bit unwelcoming. New wave music was playing when we arrived, which was ok, but it was a bit loud. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and closeness to the airport.

Staff was so unfriendly and unhelpful. Am a W devotee but this was terrible. Parking is an additional. $ 23 extra and there is no place to park. They told us to go park next store at Westin. The night club patrons and long term parking got preference to those guests who prepaid their parking. REALLY????

My stay at aloft was good.great location close to San Francisco and shopping malls with awesome restaurants.I hated how I got charged 50 bucks for parking when they clearly told me parking was 23 dollars.but I hate how hotels charge parking next time I'm staying somewhere else.rooms were nice tho.I want a refund also for the parking they charged me 50 dollars when they should've only charged me 23.00

Am a Starwood member and always like Aloft hotels. I have one near me in Cool Springs, TN and book clients there when they visit. Thanks.

The younger crowd will enjoy this hotel. The theme and setting is great. Lounge/Bar setting (pool table included) with neon lights right as you walk in the entrance of the lobby. I will be back here.

I work in Menlo Park and for some reason I couldn't find a room down on the Peninsula for less than $300 -- so I took a shot at driving back up here for one night. Found it to be very low end -- floor panels taped down in the elevator -- exposed concrete hall ceilings -- pay for everything, including parking. Also -- the lighting in the rooms was very poor.On the plus side -- the shower was awesome...
