Clean and quiet staff very helpful... on point about current covid new and how it effects customers and staff
Gave me a room that was already occupied. I was giving a room key and when i went goinside the room someone was inside watching tv. I am mediately close the door and went downstairs to complain
It begins when I was called and told my reservation had been moved to the nearby Westin. Due to certain health issues I understand reduced staff and amenities. I was, however, disappointed by trash blowing through the lot, one person running check in, peeling wallpaper in the rooms, a mattress with waves in it, having to request an iron for clothes, etc. The stay was simply far below par of what I've done to expect from a stay at a Westin, or even what I would have expected from Aloft.

The Aloft SFO Airport is secure, bright, and comfortable for business travel. Although you can certainly hear airplanes because it overlooks the takeoff taxi area, I appreciated how close it was to the airport and how absolutely spotless my room was. The bed was perfectly comfortable and the amenities like WiFi, tons of outlets, and a free daily bottle of water were so helpful. The hallways were also spotless and the decoration is cheerful. I loved the lobby with food options available at all time and a few gaming tables. The morning breakfast bowls were delicious and handy and I enjoyed a burger at the WYXZ bar for dinner. The staff at the desk were always cheerful and helpful, and the morning shuttle to the airport was right on time. I could not have been happier with my stay at the Aloft.
Too minimalist for me. Decor wise. No real complaints.
Likes: modern design, free and frequent shuttle to airport, food availability, work space in lobby, free WiFi, pool with shower and towels. Blackout shades. Comfortable bedding. Price. Dislikes: none.
It was great staff was not that knowledgeable cards to get in the room didn’t work half the time parking price way to high
Great place to stay and great value. Will stay again on my way through SF. Definitely my go to from now on as it's been more miss than hit for accommodation near airport.
