The room was very clean, and the bed was comfy. The gym was a very nice facility with well maintained equipment. I did have some issues with wifi but the staff at the desk were helpful to fix this issue. Overall the staff were very nice and the service was exceptional. There was also a complementary airport shuttle running every 15 minutes, which was very helpful. Great experience. I would definitely book here again!

I love the ability to walk across the street to the Bayfront, and walk to great restaurants near the airport/Bayfront/Westin.The Salmon Egg White Omelette and Fruits & Berries were delicious in the hotel restaurant! Very slow check in. Waited in line too long. The room is old and dated and just not presentable. The furniture is chipped. Just looks tacky. Bathroom is super basic and looks old.
