Good stay. Nice restaurant. staff very accommodating

Only one night, but the stay was very good. Staff are great. Nice amenities. Bathroom is standard. Room was comfortable.

I had made a reservation for the wrong night (the next night)and when we arrived the manager charged me $88.00 to change it for that night.

Who doesn’t use WiFi? Either add the cost to the room or clearly state that you have to pay extra to use this basic service.

+ Price, initial parking, no check in line, other people were nice, hotel easy to navigate, room was spacious and clean, check out was smooth and easy. - Didn't get an explanation of an initial charge during check in, elevator ride was a little rickety and spooky, later parking was a tad hard to find.

The Westin is fine in most respects, but hotels should provide Internet access ($10) and parking ($30 overnight). Nickle and diming guests leaves a bad taste.

Nice, close to airport, convenient friendly staff, clean well appointed room

The staff was great and we're willing to help in all ways. Adding an additional day to my stay where to eat.

I like the hotel the only thing is, they did not clean our room on our 2nd day. I have to call at 9 pm to ask for new towels and have to call in the morning to make sure they clean.

Checked-in late, guest services was attentive and friendly. When I checked into my room, everything was nice, clean, and modern. I ate a late dinner at the restaurant in the lobby (it was 10pm and I hadn't eaten a bite in 5-6 hours). The selection was nice and appealing, except the prices. Cioppino for $32, really? I had the bass, and it was old, and not tasty...I thing Denny's would have offered a better meal. I returned to my room (and I know this was situational) and the guests in the next room were quite loud as they argued. I was half tempted to call the front desk, but I just wanted to sleep.

Very slow check in. Went to restaurant and sat at table. No service for 20 mins until I simply left.

Great stay for 4 days. Hotel staff was very nice and helped out.

Beautiful place to stay! 24/7 shuttle. Nice front desk CSR.

Location is great, but look elsewhere. The rooms are very outdated and noisy due to the closeness to the airport

Great everything, but ...you can hear the roar of jet engines. All night.

Had a great experience. Hotel staff was wonderful and accommodating. Hotel was very clean.

I have stayed at the San Fran Westin multiple times and have had excellent rooms. But this time, the room was 'tired' and missing several items --- no menu, phone had a horrible static, very dark. For the price paid, this was not acceptable. The staff at the front desk, restaurant etc... however were excellent and very friendly and helpful. It could have been just a single 'less than optimal' experience. I will go again next week.

I truly wanted to try and fold up the bed and take it with me! Super clean, beautifully appointed, ultra comfortable. I don't think I want to stay anywhere but a Westin again!

Nice room and a great bed. Clean and good service but I don't appreciate the extra charges for room service.
