Price gouged due to iPhone release in nearby Palo Alto. Charged $550 per night. Completely unethical. .

The hotel was great for vacation to San Fran as long as you have a rental car in my opinion. There are some shuttles etc which are good if you don't. Only qualm is the fee to park there per day is 25$ which adds up. They were nice and offered a reduced parking rate but I guess I'm still just not used to paying to park at a hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for five nights while vacationing. The location was great if you plan to have a rental car and visit other places in the area besides San Francisco. We went to Yosemite, Monterey, and Napa then spent two days in San Francisco. Getting to and from San Fran via the shuttle then BART is a bit of a hassle but doable. If we did it over we would have kept our rental car and parked in San Fran to explore. It's not hard to find public parking there if you book online. Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. Room was perfect. Very large. Clean. Comfortable. Wish we had a better view, but we got a good deal so I'd take that. Check in and check out was easy. They held our bags on the last day bc we had a late flight. There are mostly business travelers at this hotel and that was nice bc the hallways were very quiet.

We checked in at 3am due to flight delay. Free shuttle bus arrived exactly 8 minutes after our call. It is absolutely out of our expectation that the front staff prepared hot cake! At that moment, we were shocked by the hospitality of the hotel.

Hotel staff rude and dismissive. Room was horrible between the construction above on the fourth floor, the ice machine, service elevator and paper thin walls the hotel was the worst I've stayed in. Couldn't sleep on the small double bed that was lumpy and the feather pillows made the bed experience worse my neck hurt so bad. Was supposed to stay two days checked out the next morning and went to the El rancho much better experience.

The only negative would be the shuttle service. It runs every 15 minutes....but I ended up waiting almost 45 minutes, not because they weren't timely but because they would not pull over to pick the passengers up. I had to call the front desk twice before being picked up

The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful during our breif stay. I called several times to get help from the airport and she was so kind and patient. everyine at the hotel front desk was super nice and helpful and they even had aloe vera gel for our cancun last minute sunburns!

so the hotel was wonderful but the beds were not as much. we only stayed one night but I don't think I can stay more then that without bringing Lysol spray next time. our skin was very itchy I woke up and I broke out the room we stayed in was ok but really small made for like one person

Very nice hotel to stay at. Right off 101 for easy access, but a little confusing at first as to how to leave hotel to get back on the freeway. Good bay views. Close to airport so mind the planes constantly flying by. Also be wary of the keycards; neither me nor my boyfriend could get ours to consistently work. $25 per night to self park was a bit of a shock. The bartenders are very nice, funny, and charming. A bit difficult to find good eats in the area.

Very close to the airport. Bed and pillows were VERY soft and comfortable. The staff was lovely.

Excellent hotel. We were visiting relatives in SF, so it was a bit far, BUT the hotel was excellent!

We stayed at this hotel for only one night before our flight. The room was clean and comfortable as expected from a Doubletree, however, I have to rate the staff below average, since they did not even help us with our luggage when we arrived. Other than this, everything was fine.

The hotel provided the right location and amenities for my work related stay. I would definitely return.

Hotel was very clean, up to my expectations. Loved the complimentary cookies!

Great location for the price if you are needing to be at the airport. However it is quite some distance from the sights of San Fran.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff especially! It's always nice to see friendly, smiling faces when you walk into a hotel lobby. Check out the bar area for a nice drink, great service and live music. A great way to end your night.

great for the price and location
