Upon check in, front staff probably has a check list for possible additional fees! Here are a couple suggestions for more scam charges! Charge per toilet flush, for hourly tv usage, fee for sitting in lobby while waiting for your room to be ready, check out fee, toilet paper usage fee, I could go on forever with these cheap F’s!

A lovely hotel, close to the bay, good walking path across the street. The airport shuttle is the best! Reliable and on time, even at 11:30 at night. Of course the chocolate chip cookies were a plus!

I wish there was a little more room between the foot of the bed and the dresser. Otherwise it was very comfortable and the food was good in the restaurant.

My only problem is that I had a shareable room with only a door separating my room from the room next door. I stayed 3 nights. During the first night I experienced a screaming baby next door. The third night I experienced a couple loudly arguing off and on from 9 pm to 3:30 am. Not really the hotel's fault but next time I'll be sure to ask for a different kind of room.

Room 107 - Horrible accommodation for a single
My stay was great however the person I was traveling with had room 107 and this room didn't have proper window coverings. When it was brought up to the front desk they simply said that is just how that room is. Being on the 1st floor and in view shot of the parking lot I would think you would want to put window coverings that block the view of others into a guest room. Privacy "0".

Very convenient with easy access to the freeway and airport. I was not happy to be charged an extra $40 parking fee for a one-night stay. This is in addition to the charge for the room. I was not made aware of the extra parking fee until the day of arrival. $40/night for parking is excessive since the local parking lots are charging as little as $12/day. The reading light for one of the beds was not working. There wasn't any complimentary breakfast and one free cookie upon arrival wasn't that good.
