It was fine. Obviously the view wasn’t great but that’s not why we booked it. We always know that staying at a Holiday Inn Express will be great.

Everything was great except parking is not free.

Good location and friendly staff. I liked that there was a little area that sells snacks/drinks. No hot breakfast but grab and go food was available. Gym was open but jacizzi closed. Upon checking in, there was a woman getting arrested for being under the influence- I literally had to grab my children and go around her and the police to get inside. Another day, there was also an unwell individual at the entrance shouting at staff to get her some assistance. Bathroom sink could have been cleaner. What really bothered me the most was the refrigerator in the room was extremely loud and made a constant ticking and vibrating sound that did not allow us to sleep very well. Decent experience.

Very Clean, Comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I had a layover so you can catch shuttle service from and to airport. Breakfast was decent.

Hotel doesn't mention anything about a deposit on Orbitz. That's fine and normal but what's that is the fact that upon checking in and giving a deposit to cover incidental damage, upon checking you'll receive a receipt in which you had to pay $12.99 per day in order to park on the hotel's parking and $5.99 per day for hospitality. Yes! You have to pay to be treated with hospitality. So don't expect to receive your full deposit in return due to the scam fees you're not told about before checking in.

I dont like the staff that processed us. Very rude to guest. I also dont like the way they treat people who doesnt speak good english. She makes us looks stupid and she made our stay really uncomfortable

Personal at front desk was a little rough.i understand the situation we are living but breakfast was barely nothing.

Good price very a nice decent hotel right next to McDonald's for late night munch. Airport is not that far. Staff was nice. Only thing is you have to pay for parking.

Great location & Free shuttle to the airport. Very helpful friendly staff, including the driver of the airport van. The breakfast was good.

All was Very good. Our flight arrived after 1am, YUNEZ at front desk made adjustments to our check in to make our stay a great experience. The entire staff was top shelf.

First room assigned, the door key wouldn’t turn green, had to get a replacement key card. Then once door key worked, the door’s dead bolt would not recede, so couldn’t shut the door. Second room the key card also wouldn’t work so had to get a replacement card. TV powered up but I had to be a genius to figure out how to get it onto the correct HDMI input to see anything, as desk failed to answer the phone call for help. A single coke from downstairs lobby shop was an outrageous $3.99; there was no vending machine on my floor, as had been stated in the hotel info booklet in my room. Never been so disappointed in a HIExpress site. Express is normally my first choice. But never again at the one identified as SFO airport North, 373 S Airport Blvd, South San Francisco.

It’s convenient, close to the airport. The room was mostly clean (besides the stained curtain). The service at the front desk was ok.
