Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Everything was clean but the house keeping came knocking at 8am the next morning & even tried opening the door without giving me a chance to respond. Not sure why they would come in that early?

The price was good as compared to other airport hotels with free shuttle. As usual, we chose an airport hotel because we needed only a place to sleep for a morning flight, so we arrived late. My wife went straight to sleep but I learned that the toilet was full with toilet paper and would not flush fully. Maintenance came immediately and could not fix it so we were moved from a king room to a two bed room. It was ok except she was already asleep and commented that the big bed was much more comfortable (not because of size, it just was a very comfortable bed). Other than that everything was good. Well except the breakfast teased me -- I opened up the silver container that had a picture of bacon on it and inside there were -- biscuits! No bacon! Horrors! ;-)

At 3 a.m. both nights I was awakened by a noisy truck nearby, presumably at the Goodwill training center next door. The breakfast was good, and was better on day 2 when they had the wonderful HIE cinnamon rolls instead of the substitute rolls they had on day 1. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, except they could probably use better soundproofing. The fitness center is small and could use a mat because the floor is hard. The hot tub was great.

Non-responsive I had to change my travel plans the day after free cancellation expired. I wrote to the hotel and asked if I could move my arrival up three days. They never responded. So I booked the Best Western Plus. It was delightful.

Booked a night when my flight came in too late to drive home. Staff was exceptional, room was clean and nice.

Staff was rushed at check-in and parking was 12.99

It was fine. Obviously the view wasn’t great but that’s not why we booked it. We always know that staying at a Holiday Inn Express will be great.

Everything was great except parking is not free.

Good location and friendly staff. I liked that there was a little area that sells snacks/drinks. No hot breakfast but grab and go food was available. Gym was open but jacizzi closed. Upon checking in, there was a woman getting arrested for being under the influence- I literally had to grab my children and go around her and the police to get inside. Another day, there was also an unwell individual at the entrance shouting at staff to get her some assistance. Bathroom sink could have been cleaner. What really bothered me the most was the refrigerator in the room was extremely loud and made a constant ticking and vibrating sound that did not allow us to sleep very well. Decent experience.
