Very clean, quiet, and very nice complimentary breakfast.

I liked that the facility looked clean and put together on the surface. I also liked they had a ADA compliant room. I did not appreciate the room any further. There was no stable sitting chair so if I wanted to sit up, I had to sist in my wheel chair I did not like the staff, employees was on her personal phone at the front desk, eating breakfast with the guest and smoking a vape. the older gentleman in the afternoon was rude and slow he kept me standing waiting to get a replacement key for over ten minutes while was on the phone talking to someone from his personal life about how he didn't think it was fair he only got to work two days a week at this hotel. I did not like the parking or the cost as it was too small and there were some really unsafe spots with large sharp metal pieces sticking out into the ADA parking spots, there were only two handicap parking spots that would work and a car sat in one the entire time day and night so we all had to hope we could luck up on the other ADA Spot. The room was lacking in many ways, we did not have enough towels and when we requested more it did not happen we had to find a cleaning woman in the morning and beg for towels and got only the bare minimal. NO RAGS! The telephone in the room was not plugged up so each time I needed to call the front desk, room service, etc. we had to call from our personal cell phones. The water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower was really bad. the location of the hotel was horrible also.

This location is very easy to access, however the parking fee was not stated in advance and the hot tub wasn't hot but warm

Hotel was close to the airport. Shuttle available mornings and evenings, but not middle of the day. Would be nice to have a pool, but most hotels in the area did not have one. This hotel did have an indoor hot tub. Cleaning staff were very accommodating when we needed anything. Front desk was great about recommendations for services in the area. Would stay there again.

Everything was clean but the house keeping came knocking at 8am the next morning & even tried opening the door without giving me a chance to respond. Not sure why they would come in that early?

The price was good as compared to other airport hotels with free shuttle. As usual, we chose an airport hotel because we needed only a place to sleep for a morning flight, so we arrived late. My wife went straight to sleep but I learned that the toilet was full with toilet paper and would not flush fully. Maintenance came immediately and could not fix it so we were moved from a king room to a two bed room. It was ok except she was already asleep and commented that the big bed was much more comfortable (not because of size, it just was a very comfortable bed). Other than that everything was good. Well except the breakfast teased me -- I opened up the silver container that had a picture of bacon on it and inside there were -- biscuits! No bacon! Horrors! ;-)

At Holiday Inn Express SFO, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all of our guests, so we are very sorry that our hospitality and attention to detail left something to be desired in this case - this is very unlike us. Your voice is important to us, and we will ensure that our front desk staff is aware of your impression and see to it that we provide better customer service moving forward. We will also remind our staff to follow up with guest's requests. Upon investigation, we were made aware of the fact that your reservation was for TQNN, which is a Two Queen Bed Room. We do have 2 Queen wheelchair access rooms with a tub, and they do have bars. We have 1 Two Queen wheelchair roll in shower that has a seat in it and a Whirlpool King roll in shower that also has a seat in it. Should you plan another visit, please let us know at the time your reservation is made so we can assist you with a suitable room option that we know will be most comfortable for you. Regarding parking, we understand your concern and regret any inconvenience caused. As an airport property, we strive to provide convenient and secure parking for our guests. Our secured parking lot is priced very competitively as compared to other airport hotels nearby and hotels in San Francisco that also charge for parking. Our parking fee is just 17.99 per night, which is much lower than other hotels in the San Francisco and SFO area that charge up to 75 per day with no in/out privileges. That said, we will forward your comments to management for review. As for the location, our guests usually love our hotel's central location as it is convenient to both Downtown San Francisco and San Francisco International Airport. In the future, please contact us during your actual stay so that we can address any deficiencies immediately. Not allowing us an opportunity to resolve any concerns and only mentioning your issue at check-out along with a full refund request does not help us improve your stay with us.We take upkeep and cleanliness very seriously, and your room should always feel fresh and clean. Our staff generally does a great job when it comes to maintaining our hotel and preparing the rooms for upcoming guests, so it is strange that this happened. Furthermore, our chemicals are 100% non-allergic. Please rest assured that we will look into this and reach out to our suppliers to make the needed adjustments to our chemical and laundry procedures.
