I truly love staying at the Holiday Inn Express! The staff is always very professional and extremely helpful! I'm looking forward to staying again very soon!

I showed up around 1:25 and had inquired about check in as it stated it normally started at 3pm. The woman behind the desk told me she was just waiting a few mins for the list of clean rooms so she could start check in and that I could have a seat to wait. About 20 minutes went by and I was still waiting. Then a group of six came in and went straight to the desk and she began to check them in no problem. At no point did she even bother to let me know that I could have checked in (the sofa was all of 10 feet from the desk) and I then had to wait for her to finish checking the group in (who had their own issues with their reservations that needed to be sorted out). Maybe she was having an off day but it was very unfortunate and disappointing that she kept a customer waiting and made no effort to apologize for failing to keep him updated or try to advise him everything was ready early. The room itself was very comfortable and it was a quiet area, but the failure of the staff kind of soured this place for me.

Nice, comfortable, quiet to get away. Elevator was old and feel moving slowly. Breakfast provide complementary had a good selection for the price pay.

This hotel makes for a convenient stay in San Francisco at an affordable price. The hotel shuttle takes you to and from the airport where you can catch the BART to downtown and wharf area. The hot breakfast was good and typical for hotel offerings (sausage, bacon, eggs, toast, bagels, etc.). I would definitely stay here again.

I was charged extr $100 dollars, and I was not told that I had to pay extr hundred dollars becide the regular fee of accommodation for one night. Even if there was a requirement for deposit, still I haven't gotten the money back.

On Friday February 10, 2017. Check in process took a little large sense the front desk employee was assist a large group of reservation stay. About 15min to 20min later a female management team check us for our reservation. The supervisor or manager was rude and give a and attitude during process. The reservation was made under my name but decide to put the incident charge to my girl friend credit card since the reservation was pre paid agency. She stated we try to keep the incident charge and put it under the reservation person. She stated that i will honor it this time and next time i will not. We were a repeat guest at this location and we never had a issue about the incident deposit under a different person card.

The room was nice and spacious, the staff was friendly, and the bed was so comfortable! The only downside was the lack of restaraunt options within walking distance.

Staff was kind enough to let us used our room for An extra charge of $25 at 12:00 instead of 2:00pm. San Francisco got a convention and that was the reason to pay almost $400 for a room that normally will Not cost more that $150. Don't get me wrong I was so exhausted after 14 hour flight that paying $25 for an early check-in was a bless and at the same time since when we really lost our costumer service? I am paying $400 for a $150 room. Breakfast was the typical America generic stuff. Bed was comfortable and room had a nice size. The Hotel shuttle (thank you for having one) drop is at the wrong area so we walk for about 7 min with 3 suitcases. I will recommended this Hotel for $150 it will do ok for $400 NO WAY

I Really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. It was a great value. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. As soon as i settled in my room she called me to ask if I was satisfied with the room. The room was spacious and very clean. The free breakfast was great and I really liked that check out time was noon . I would definately stay there again and will reccommend it to famiily and friends.

The hotel was ok for one night, but it was a bit dingy and dark and in a not so good part of town. Next time I'm in SF, I will stay closer to the center of town.

Good experience. Only complaint seemed like in one of the beds the sheets weren't replaced with new ones.

It is very good for an early flight out! It costs $10 a night to park at the hotel ;(. There is no place to hang out, read, or have coffee near by. The staff was very pleasant with my requests and giving me directions! Thanks!

It's easy to go to the wrong hotel by mistake, as there is a Holiday Inn just a block away on the same road. This is the Holiday Inn Express. I showed up at the wrong hotel late at night, exhausted, only to be told they didn't have a room for me. But they directed me to the HI Express, this hotel, which is where I'd booked. The hotel charges for parking, just $9.99, but don't be surprised by it. Pillows are terrible and I had a tough time sleeping because of it. Hallway air conditioning was being repaired late at night, loud banging and walkie-talkie beeps and shouty dialogue back and forth, also made it hard to go to sleep. Breakfast is included, which is nice, and was hot and good.

clean, comfortable, helpful staff. mybstay was restful and no hassle to get the airport.

Hotel was very close to the airport and with free shuttle. Breakfast was really good. Staff were very nice and accomodating esp. when we requested a late check out having a baby with us to catch the late flight

Holiday inn value is very poor. Holiday charges extra for ; parking, water and almost everything. They provide bottled water in the room and then charge for the water without asking if you even want it. Our bathroom sink was plug and we notified the front desk on two different days and on the day we left it was still plugged. Holiday Inns room rates are too high and they still want to charge more for parking !
