This is a very large hotel and was really convenient for us to catch a very early flight. The hotel is VERY large! We checked in on a night before a VERY early flight. We ordered room service and were surprised at how affordable it was - there were fees, of course, but not nearly as outrageous as we've seen at other hotels. The room was clean and had all the standard amenities. We also had a couch in our room, which was a nice extra! We were able to use the shuttle to get to the airport very quickly in the morning. Our few encounters with staff were pleasant and they were very helpful. Overall a very good place to stay!

Room had strong smoke smell, switch another room but grade down .i was told if not take it, the room will be quick gone even that midnight. Breakfast include only for 2, I bought another 2 that very expensive, need wait line 30mins, then food not lot of choice, and waiter didn't tell us, we can order oatmeal until we saw next table then have it. We can't wait long time to make, we left.

Great place to stay. Truly enjoyed the staff service. The lady in the Grill in the Atrium was outstanding and friendly. You MUST stay here.

Comfortable and quiet! Friendly and professional staff

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Airport for two nights recently. It was a very nice stay, the hotel was architecturally interesting and very clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would stay there again.

We travelled with our pet from Honolulu to Frankfurt, Germany with an overnight layover in San Francisco. We appreciated the quick check in, late dinner availability, and pet friendly environment.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Concierge friendly and gave us great directions to using BART and the cable cars to Fisherman's Wharf. 3Sixty food (room service and the Atrium) is delicious!! Shuttle service is terrific. We love the black out curtain in the room. Hyatt got the room design right. We will use the Hyatt again,thanks!

The shuttle was quick, but packed from the airport to hotel. They have multiple shuttles running at the same time, so some people were told to wait for the next one. The room was nice, but extremely far from the elevators!

Everything was perfect for a weekend away from the kids. The room and staff were perfect.

I stay there for two days and it was great and an excellent service I will definitely recommend

When I was booking my hotels via Orbitz, it offered me a deal for 3 nights. So I accepted. It turned out to be very annoying. The hotel staff was asking me to change rooms everyday. When I requested to stay in the same room for the 3 nights without moving, one female staff became so rude, which was really unprofessional. I wish I did not take the Orbitz deal offer without knowing I had to change rooms everyday. I also wish the staff could be more friendly without ruining my vacation.

Nice hotel, excellent location, breakfast buffet quite expensive for the food selection, go over the menu instead , friendly staff, nice people at the restaurant and bar area, good rates compared to hotels around the area

Due to predicted bad weather, we changed our flight to earlier last minute, thinking we would have to pay for a hotel day no longer needed. Hotel front desk immediately told us we don't have to pay and within 10 minutes we were able to pack and take their shuttle to the airport to catch the red-eye to the East coast. Bed was also very comfortable and sin wasn't allergic to down bedding, which he usually is

My flight was cancelled so I booked a hotel near the airport. Hotel had a free shuttle bus every 10 minutes. Overall it was an easy experience.

I did not appreciate the parking fee that was not mentioned before arrival. Also did not like finding someone else's hair in the bed. Other than that it was fine but I next time I will stay somewhere else.

We had a king size room that overlooked the Atrium, we would have like the Bay view but it was an additional $30. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The room was VERY roomy with a couch and a big window with a lot of natural light. We did eat downstairs in the restaurant and the food was very good. The only thing we kinda wished was that the ice/vending machine rooms on each floor had some snacks, they only had drinks. It was nice having the free shuttle to the airport but the bad side was the shuttle stops at the Marriott first so when it came to our hotel it was full and we had to wait for the next shuttle. This happened twice,we were going to wait for one more shuttle, but the hotel ended up putting us in a taxi and they took care of it for us. So that was very nice.

nice hotel - very convenient to airport

great hotel by the san fransisco airport

nice and clean

comfortable room for overnight layover

We travelled with our pet from Honolulu to Frankfurt, Germany with an overnight layover in San Francisco. We appreciated the quick check in, late dinner availability, and pet friendly environment.
