Had to pay for parking...that was not clearly divulged at time of booking...also...no meals...not even a continental breakfast.

How do you not have fridge and microwave in suites?

I dont like the 150 deposit without previous notice, also they charge 14 dlls per parking every day without notice, 5 dlls per WIFI everyday, come on WIFI its free everywhere, so all the hide fees make me crazy my wife was scare to drink coffee from our room because the fees on everything!!

Exaust fan in bathroom didnt work. And no hot tub. And if you dont pay 20 bucks a day to park there is nowhere else

the view and scenery was beautiful. There could be a fridge in the rooms and vending machine selling snacks on each floor. free continental breakfast would be great as well.

Unfortunately, we do charge for parking like our neighboring hotels in the area. If you were to scroll to the amenity portion on the Orbitz website it shows our daily parking rates along with options to include breakfast with your reservation as well. Thank you so much for your feedback. While we do not have microwaves and refrigerators in our rooms we do have a limited supply available on a first come basis. We do have plans to add refrigerators to all their guestrooms within the next year or so. Best Regards,

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that you were not properly informed about the fees. But we do charge for parking like many of the hotels in the surrounding area and front desk should have mentioned that to you upon check in, which I will be bringing it up with them on why it was not informed. As well if you sign up with our Hilton Honors program which is free you would also get free wifi in your room, It is free in the lobby area.
