Gross. Arrive late at night, can’t wait to shower and lay in clean bed. Shower head looks like has a layer of nicotine and bed has more hairs in it than on my head.... not fun paying for this

Bad staff response toward complaint in regards to air conditioner temp keep on rising that woke up several times due to hot air

A friend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights/3days while visiting San Francisco. Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the on-site maintenance worker, had impeccable customer service skills. They made us feel welcomed and highly appreciated. The hotel in general is in great condition, however the room needs some minor cosmetic updates, specifically in the restroom. The room was cleaned well daily. Some minor cosmetic renovations, such as new carpeting, would also increase room comfort. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. It included a plethora of choices for nearly every taste imaginable. The on-site restaurant is excellent, and has very fair prices and incredible quality. The location puts you minutes away from the airport, and about 30 minutes to downtown San Francisco. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow in the upper floors. Overall, this hotel was excellent for the price. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

This hotel is located in the middle of San Jose and SF, about 30 minutes drive to both cities. Service is good. Room is clean. good value.

We enjoyed a few days in the Bay Area. Beds were great! Nothing to complain about!

Nice hotel-- liked the trolley and shuttle services-- didn't like that breakfast wasn't included.

The room was very comfortable the pool was clean and jicoozy was very relaxing and breakfast was excellent too.

The location is great if you are ok with being 20 minutes from the superbuzzin city of SF. Hilton hotels have always been great experiences for us.

Nice hotel close to the Airport. Excellent view of the SF Bay.

Parking wasn't free $20 a day. I was expecting free.

My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. It's more of a business oriented hotel so the pool was not crowded.

Horrible wifi. Also had to go to the lobby to use my cell phone. Hotel excuse; poor Verizon coverage...really?? You're in a major metropolitan area and almost next to Silicon Valley. Lousy wifi and no phone coverage...dont stay there if you need to do business

Great location, great service and extremely comfortable beds!! Would definitely go back!

Access to hotel difficult from road work and poor road signs Hotel reception would not allow parking car in garage even for one hour more after check out even though the lot was not filled, which is a great incovenence since we had 2 cars Would not stay here again

Upon check-in, Hotel told me Orbitz had to approve converting to a two night stay. Orbitz told me Hilton wouldn't approve it. I believe Orbitz!

I checked into the SFO hilton last week. I booked a basic room. I was greeted by a very nice man who checked me in and upgraded me to club level and I received free internet. The room was very spacious and had a nice view. I had been working very hard that week and was only going to be staying in the SFO Hilton for 6 hours but in that short time I felt like I was treated well and that made me more relaxed

No bellservice available upon arrival. Struggled on my own to get all of my luggage (3 large suitcases) into the front lobby and discovered the bellhop was too busy having a personal conversation with another hotel employee to be bothered with the hotel guests. This pretty much describes the attitude of all the hotel employees at this Hilton: Unbothered, couldn't care less. Check-in was slow. Room was old. Price was super expensive ($270 for my one night). Will never stay here again.

Very near to the airport, which is nice. Yet fairly speaking, this Hilton is below typical standards compared to other airport Hiltons (like in Austin etc). Room cleaning is ordinary level, yet they only provide shampoo/body lotion/conditioner, no shower gel, on which I really care about.

It would have been nice to have had complimentary water and fruit in the bedroom.

Good ,nice and clean...................A/C Heater was too laud ....................................

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am so sorry you found our parking to be unusual as the majority of the hotels in our area do also charge for parking. An option for travelers in need of parking or looking for a breakfast inclusive room rate would be one of the many package and/or room type options offering these features. They provide an excellent value for the traveler needing these features. Regards, John C. Kellites / General Manager
