Been staying here for years. But Hilton is not keeping it up. HVAC unit VERY noisy, bearing maybe? Shower head clogged, mattress needs replacing. Minimal USB ports, older in- room coffee service. Ice machine out of order, elevator to underground garage out of order. We stay here several times a year pre-and-post flying from SFO. Seeing things not being kept up.

The hotel its self was very nice. However I was extremely upset with their shuttle service. I waited over 2 hours in the rain and cold for the shuttle. When I called to check on it after waiting an hour they said it had broke down. They did not know how long it was going to take to get it back up and running. I asked if there was anything they could do to get me there because I was freezing setting out in the cold and rain waiting and they said no. I think they should have gotten me a taxi or Uber. I feel that a property that is this nice and how much you pay they should have a back up shuttle. The main reason that I booked it was because it had shuttle service to and from the airport. They lady at the front desk was very nice upon check in. I do think they should have a microwave in the room. After a long day of travel and waiting on the shuttle I was just ready to heat up my food in the room that was now cold from sitting outside waiting for the shuttle to come. Instead I had to go back down to the lobby after unloading all of my belongings and heat up the food. They property its self was absolutely stunning. I loved that it was right on the ocean. It had a beautiful little park connected to it with dining options. I highly recommend getting a second shuttle so this does not happen again. I cannot be the only one with this problem.

The staff was especially helpful and kind when our car was broken into in san francisco and all our luggage was stolen. The front desk offered us tooth paste, and other essentials and even comp our parking.

The hotel was perfect, but what made the time exceptional was the staff! Thank you for making my stay truly enjoyable.

I asked them to clean the room in the morning when I get back at 10 pm the room was not clean at all

My stay was good. I just missed having a continental breakfast included with your reservation at no additional charge.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, gorgeous view. Furnishings and bathroom a bit old fashioned but I rather liked the layout of the room. Tasty buffet breakfast and very friendly/helpful staff. Would have been helpful to have two electric outlets at the bedside. Airport shuttle circulates twice per hour.

Rooms were dated and ours was pretty dirty. Location was great and staff was really great.
