Beautiful hotel , the menu at the bar is amazing must try the fire vine burger and the overall facility is extremely nice and kept extremely clean! Bartender Luis, was outstanding during my wife’s and I stay.

Very welcoming. Gave me vouchers for free breakfast buffet which was fabulous.

We were happy to land an executive level room for it’s perks: appetizers, breakfast, didn’t get to try the cookies from 7-9 pm. Wish the parking was free but was $20. Had an ESA per but had to pay $75.

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodations were great we received. Will definitely be going back when in the area.

Run down hotel. I expect more from a Hilton . Rooms were disgusting. My kids feet were black from walking on the carpet, the bathroom had dirt on the floors and counter, the shower was small and filthy with mold on the shower head . The tables in the room and lamps had dust all over . No refrigerator like I saw online . We were all very disappointed. It was worse than staying at a motel.

view is unacceptable, AC run noise all night long. beside staff friendly other than that room should not rate as 4 Star....

I loved it I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Our experience was delightful.

The first weekend I do not have any complaints for the hotel. The staff was great. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The restaurant was a little above cost for food and drinks in my opinion. Parking overnight is $20. That also seemed a little pricey since the lot next door is $12 and the lot across the street is $16.50. However, the second weekend was a little different. There was a wedding during the weekend. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The hotel was very crowded. I think the airlines use this hotel a lot because there are always a lot of pilots and flight attendants coming and going. My girlfriends passenger window on her Jeep was busted out. Although the manager was very sorry and seemed to be remorseful, he told us we should hear something from the insurance company in about 2 weeks. He did not offer any type of suggestions for repair. He did not even get the glass cleaned up around the car before we left. I feel 2 weeks is entirely to long to have an accident report response evaluated. Overall the hotel is to busy for me and the impression I got from the manager left a bad taste. I do not think I will return to the hotel again.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service was really good as well as the hotel was conviently located.

Fine recent stay for 2 days of work in the area, close to airport and convenient for that reason; otherwise it is a basic hotel in need of some renovation and upgrading (bathroom, carpet, walls, entrance/reception area). The front desk staff could be better trained and more professional. Very nice view of the bay from upper floors but also views of very large parking areas and highway. Wifi and elevators worked well. Not much personality in the hotel to make it stand out from others. Has potential if upgraded overall.
