Excellent option for single business travellers. City is accessible and so is the highway towards the Bay Area. Free parking for guests, a nice patio overlooking the bay with access to the walk path more than makes up for the lack of 4 star amenities inside. Thrrr is a decent spot exercise room though. The property is very quiet and well kept. Breakfast is minimal but well served. Oh yes the use of real cutlery and glassware in the rooms deserve appreciation. I would recommend it highly and may stay again.

The hotel facilities and rooms were clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and efficient housekeeping. The only inconvenience we faced was that the laundry facility was unavailable through our entire stay. We were towards the last leg of our 2 week trip and were really hoping to get some clothes washed, however the washer was broken and did not get fixed throughout our stay.

I actually checked out early and was able to get a partial refund. It took a few calls, but the manager was able to process the partial refund which was better than nothing based on my situation. I appreciated the staff, they were nothing but polite.
