The property is very good. It’s a nice place to stay for a quick trip if you are in and out of San Francisco. It’s very close to the airport, downtown is about a 25 minute drive which is not bad at all. There’s free parking and no resort fees and that’s a plus. The only thing they did not clean the room while we were there, not sure if it’s the norm or just a COVID thing.

The hotel facility was good and the staffs were friendly. But the on the hotel webpage, it listed they will provide airport shuttle service and breakfast. However, by the time I get to airport was told shuttle service and then during check was told no breakfast due to Covid 19. I was very disappointed and felt misled. They should not have listed those services if they are providing them.

Very comfortable Hotel close to SFO! There are a lot of hotels in this area but none I have experienced as comfortable or as reasonably priced as this one.

Clean and good location to airport. Check in staff very unfriendly. No eye contact but just look at her computer screen and spoke monotone. Not busy. I was the only one being check in. Had to ask about breakfast, shuttle etc. Morning check out was a 180 turn around ; very positive friendly desk agent. Shuttle driver was great

Working for the airlines it is very common for us to have hotel stays, however upon our return from vacation we spent the night to catch our early flight the following day that being said a phone charger was left and air in the room. It took 22 phone calls by three people in order to get to the manager to find out about the charger, to this day we still do not know if the charger was found but I was told if it was found that I would be paying $30 for shipping. all they had to do was offer to take to the United States Postal Service a one price box to ship back the item but no not only do we not know if the item is there but we’re not going to cure any further!

I loved my stay at this hotel, the hotel room was very spacious, and nice., great buck for the price. Enjoyed the free continental breakfast and the free shuttle service to the airport. Thumbs up.

Breakfast was delicious loaded omlets rice hasbrowns.... Veggie options.... Nice

Only two issues with the hotel. First, the bedding is sub-par. No real comforter or blanket to keep you warm at night. Second, the staff will turn OFF the heat in your room without asking you. As a result, I came home one evening to a room that was about 55 degrees. The small heater in the room took an hour to warm the room to a temperature that was tolerable.

Staff was nice!! The bay is out by parking lot and you can see the airplanes taking off but yet the noise wasn't bothersome at all, they have a laundry option which is great. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Nice and large rooms and reasonably priced. Breakfast has many choices for everyone's taste. Free parking.

Very nicely appointed. Shuttle caused us to wait 1/2 hr for pickup. Reserve shuttle early

That it was on the bay. Within walking distance of other hotels and restaurants. Lovely eating and relaxing amenities (patio, benches overlooking the bay.

Felt like home. Very nice and clean. I wish we had stayed longer.

Very comfortable Hotel close to SFO! There are a lot of hotels in this area but none I have experienced as comfortable or as reasonably priced as this one.
