Had a late check-in. Reservation was easily located. Breakfast was included and better than the usual high carb fare. Airport shuttle ran on time.

Overall it was a great stay! I would highly recommend anyone traveling out this way stay here. Staff was friendly and willing to answer questions.

Good location, easy to get to by the airport, nice view of the bay, room was decent but a little outdated, breakfast was alright not great, nice staff at the front desk. Unfortunately, we were there on one of the hottest day in the SF area (>100 F). The hotel's A/C just could not handle the heat. The lobby was alright but the hallway on the four floor was hot, no A/C, the fact that they left the window opened made it even worst. Had to crank up the room's A/C and waited for a while to cool down the room.

The hotel has a really amazing and complete breakfast. I believe it will make everyone happy. I also liked the computer in the lobby to take out free printouts (boarding pass,tickets etc.). The staff was very friendly. The hotel is a bit old but the room was comfortable. They have basic needs like toothbrush, water etc , available for purchase in the lobby in addition to vending machines on each floor. Being close to the airport, you could hear flights take off albeit a bit muffled owing to the thick glass on the bayview rooms. The best thing is the view for the rooms facing the water. Finally, the free parking is the icing on the cake. With all this, it felt close to home.

the view from my room was pretty awesome to wake up to in the morning and go to sleep to every night. clean room, huge bathroom, flat screen tv, right on a walkway along the bay.

Breakfast was great. it was very frustrating to try and book a flight or check in on line using their guest computer at the lobby. It was extremely slow and froze up constantly. Printer at first would not work. Hotel staff I asked to help was a bit abrupt and tone of voice was not nice.

Pleasant SF airport hotel with shuttle off Milbrae exit on 101. Have used this hotel multiple times to park car and spend the night before we fly out of SFO. Less than 10 minutes by reliable shuttle every 35 minutes to SFO. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Nearby Milbrae and Burlingame have many restaurants.

The hotel and view were great! We really liked that there were restaurants available within walking distance. The only minor complaint that surfaced from every member of our family was the super slow internet connection.

Very nice hotel! Close to the airport. Only down side of stay was wifi wasn't very good

The hotel was lovely - very quiet being right next to the airport. Only complaint was that they really didn't have a "business center" - one computer and printer set up in the lobby area with no scanning/faxing capabilities.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very quiet, good sized and well set up. The airport shuttle runs frequently 24 hours a day. We did not get breakfast, as we had an early flight and the breakfast does not start until six am. Definitely a step above our usual airport hotels.

Three of us stayed in one room the evening before our flight. Check in was easy, rooms are a nice size, clean and comfortable. They have a free airport shuttle and buffet breakfast. :) This is my second stay and plan to keep staying here when I fly out of SFO.

Great Hotel to stay in. You can watch the SFO runway from the hotel and watch planes land. Hotel is clean and breakfast is good.

Comfortable and clean room. Just stayed one night before flight. Airport shuttle makes life easy!

Great stay in in great location. Very nice walking trail to view airplanes.

The shuttle from and to airport isn't frequent enough. Driver isn't on time. Apart this the hotel is excellent.

not ready for hot weather

beautiful views to wake up to
