This hotel will not give you a receipt for your stay. I simply asked the front desk, "Annabella" for a receipt when I checked out and she said she could not do that. I find this very odd. I needed the receipt to compare the charges and make sure no other items I did not use were charged. I also need it for my company (reimbursement). She said I reserved the hotel room through a third party, Orbitz.com, therefore I should get the receipt from Orbitz. She was not rude, but she did not make an effort to try to print a receipt. I asked for the manager but she gave so many excuses that there is no manager and won't call anybody above her. No one can help us. I left very frustrated without a receipt.
It needed bug fumigation. Not pleasing to see insects running thru on the bedroom carpet.
Convenient, very close to places for dining out!! Neighborhood is very safe

Close to San Fran airport , easy to make early flights. clean and up to date room. Free shuttle to airport leaving on regular schedules
This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Vagabond. Every time I had a good experience. Free self-parking is a major plus, unlike other hotels around this area that would charge you a parking fee you are not aware of until the moment you check in. This alone is enough for me to keep coming back to Vagabond whenever I visit Burlingame. In addition, just next door there are two very good Cantonese restaurants that offer delicious Dim Sum and other authentic Chinese food. In general, the rooms are clean and spacious enough. This hotel is right at the Bayfront facing the SFO airport, offering opportunity for guests to stroll along the shoreline and watch planes landing or taking off. Overall I would rate this place 5 out of a 1-5 score scale.

Several people using ice machine at 5am in hallway woke us up early.

Great place to stay. Only problem was the large luggage carrier was unable to move because of a broken wheel, which we didn’t find out until it was fully loaded.
The property was very quiet, once the planes stopped taking off.
