It was hard to fall asleep because the airport noise it feels like we were next to an airplane Too noise

Friendly staff, good food recommendations, place was quiet and clean

Front door needs heat lamps as it was very uncomfortable being @ the front desk for 12 minutes & 45’ cold air blowing in from double doors constantly opening. Prices high in restaurant. Very nice room!

Close to San Francisco airport. Only 2 miles away.

Decent hotel near airport with complimentary shuttle

it was great. close to the office. it would have been nice to have complimentary breakfast, but it was fine.

Bad stay! Room you paid is not the room you got. No room available.

Had a party of 4 with only one bed...they promised a rollaway bed and never brought it. Management is by far the worst, inexperienced, and unprofessional.

Restaurant not busy, but we waited for a long time and nothing we ordered was correct. Equally poor service for drinks ordered as we ended up going up and getting our own drinks that were sitting at end of bar for 15 min waiting to be brought to our table!

When we checked front desk personnel was so rude because I asked questions then she put us all the way to the end of the hall room and we said if she can put us in the middle or near by elevator since we are senors hard to walk far specially my husband and rudely said there is other room available, so we have no choice, in the room the fitted sheet was not changed good thing I always bring my own. When I made the booking it says free breakfast but when we got to the restaurant the lady said we have no breakfast so we checked out to eat out, and the worst is the parking you have to pay $24.00 SO WE WONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

This property is near the San Francisco Airport and the parking is terrible! First, I couldn't figure out how to get past the gate to get into the parking lot. True, it was night, but it was pretty obvious that I was having trouble figuring it out, and the attendant couldn't be bothered to help me out until I got out of my car, and knocked on his window. His information was minimally helpful. Of course the reason they need a gated parking lot is that many people stay there before taking a flight out for a vacation. The $25 per day parking fee is understandable in that case, but they even charge that for any guests registered there on the nights they are also paying for the room. That seems a bit overboard to me. Long story short, I will not use this property again.

After a long day of travel I was paced in a room on the first floor that was very close to the freeway and was very noisy. The bathroom.had black mold in the floor tiles. The next day I asked if the hotel was full , it was not. There were 10 floors with rooms open.and they chose to put me in this terrible room

I am warning you ! Do not stay here, right from the start it was sketchy , we chose this place because we pay extra money to park there because of their security of the parking lot, so my family and I thought it would be safe as we had two young kids , well we came back from a day out , came back , went to our room And had dinner , not 15 minutes later we went down to get something from the car and it had been broke into and our stuff was stolen, not only that the place says you cannot enter the back doors after 11 pm which is false , they are always accessible and there were random people hanging around partying. We brought this to the attention of the hotel and they said sorry they are not responsible but would see what they could do , well we have been trying to reach a manager for a week now with no return calls they are always too busy when we call , please spare yourself and your family from here , not safe and they are extremely unprofessional there , worst vacation experience ever for my family , thanks !

I got food from restaurant at hotel and my kid went to pick up a food and pay CASH but later I found out they charge my credit card again I explain to hotel staff and did not fixed $60.00 DOLLAR and I got bed bug bite all over my body never go back there again

We just came back from a ski trip and needed help unloading the car. Asked for a bellman to help. Ivan brought us a cart and then just stood there and watched as we (2 woman and a child) struggled to take everything out, then walked away. The cart couldnt fit in the elevator and he passed us in the hall again ignoring us struggling. When approached, he had an attitude. Front desk team was equally unhelpful. Hotel facilities are fine but management and service was dismal! made for a very unpleasant stay. Choose another airport hotel!

Parking was $24 a night which was not disclosed when the room was booked (no-refundable). So take the room price and add $24.

We were able to have a pleasant dinner in the hotel restaurant. Early morning call; shuttle to the airport on time and VERY comfortable. We do not have one negative thing to say.
