Easy to get to from BART
Giving a mediocre review because of the hotel's airport shuttle, not the hotel itself. Don't know if this is Orbitz's fault or the property's fault, but the Orbitz listing shows "airport shuttle" as one of this hotel's amenities. Yes it does have an airport shuttle -- which runs only once per 45 minutes and only from 6am to 9am, and later from 5PM to sometime during the evening. If you arrive at the airport at 3 pm like we did, you are out of luck. Or you can pay $26 for an Uber each way to take you 1.4 miles to the hotel. The limitations on the shuttle are not stated in the Orbitz listing. Shuttle service, along with included breakfast, were THE two main factors why we chose this hotel. The hotel itself and the breakfast were great, only the shuttle service has issues so beware of that if you plan to stay here.
Was close to airport and walking distance to a few restaurants. Breakfast variety was pretty good. Eggs,waffles,biscuits as well as fruit and cereal.
Nice place to stay when traveling through SFO. We used it to stay to catch our flight the next morning. We dined at the New England Lobster which is very walkable. No reservation required. They have a happy hour. The bus that they provide to the terminals stops at a couple more hotels so be sure to take the earliest one you can get.
Sticker on bathroom mirror stated daily housekeeping. Did not get service on day 2 and front desk said we had to ask for it. A big surprise since nobody told us that at checkin.
Me and my husband really liked a breakfast. It was one of the best breakfasts we had in a while -other hotels have lame cereal and a juice. Here it was a lot to choose from. Rooms are clean and renowated. Mattress in our room was awesome-I woke up like a brand new person. I really like this hotel and we will book ot again if we are ever back in SF.

I only spent one night here for the privilege of the shuttle bus. Overall it was a good stay. Just Need to check the shuttle schedules before booking if you will depend on it to the airport. The morning schedule was up to 9:15am and my flight was at 1:00pm. It would not run until 5:15pm in the afternoon.
The staff was so friendly. The room was nice and big. Shuttle service was convenient,
very convenient to Airport, breakfast was good but not much options. Rooms were not spacious at all and bathroom was not good.
