Very good location near SFO, with appropriate amenities to stay comfortably

We loved the Dylan and were sorry we had so little time there. It’s quirky but really pretty, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

Nice rooms , good price .

The staff was really friendly and very nice. The art deco themed decor of the hotel was very cool. I liked the photo on the wall in our room and by the entry ways to the doors to make it easy to recognize your room.

Excellent

A very nice boutique hotel.

Close to SFO.

Very nice staff and a beautiful room

We liked the renovation of the hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly. There was no shuttle from the airport so that was an extra $15 plus tip. We found a cute restaurant for breakfast nearby for pick-up. We had a small dog and the fee was the least expensive we could find. Great deal.

We unfortunately had a terrible night! I was very tired to start the 13hr drive back home, so I booked a room for the night to rest well and start the drive back early morning. We checked in late around 11pm, and were giving a room on the 3rd floor. I was told to take the elevator to the 3rd floor, well turns out the elevator was out of service. Usually it wouldn’t be an issue except I was traveling with my elderly mom who has mobility issues. I had to make 2 trips to get our luggage while my daughter help my mom get to our room. There was never any helped offered from the front desk! I can’t complained about the overall room, or the grounds! The room smell fresh, and was spotless. We were getting ready for bed when the nightmare started! Our neighbors were having a party! We had the AC turned on high and we could still clearly hear the music and conversation. I called the front desk 3 times thru out the night and nothing happen. The guys were outside infront of our window smoking, calling friends to come join them. As I write this review it is now 8am, the music never stop, the ladies are still singing, the party still going!

Overall Happy with my 2 day stay at the Dylan. One thing i must say is The bed provided is more like a full and a Queen. Other than that the Room is clean, The front attendant is attentive and accomodating. Bart station is located across the street and so is the burlingame plaza, which houses a few stores to have in a pinch. Would book here again when im around the Bay area.

Location ok, hotel is clean, water in the shower is good, bed and pillow are comfortable. The lacking point is just the lighting. The lights provided is very strong and sharp for the eyes. Not comfortable. So it’s either too bright or too dark.

I shall location near the airport Bart and Cal Tran. Plenty of restaurants nearby and plenty of parking

I love the clear appreciation for art. The art above the beds with tiny spotlights was SUCH a treat!!! The beds were also wonderfully comfortable! I definitely want to come back!
