The Dylan at SFO

The room was very nice. Only thing they need is a fridge and microwave. Other than that I loved the place and I will stay again.

The Dylan is a comfortable, clean hotel conveniently located near Caltrain for easy access to San Francisco or San Jose travel. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The included breakfast was adequate and could be improved but this place is not a restaurant. Overall, I would definitely stay there again

The hotel was great but what made it exceptional was the staff. When we arrived, the young woman at the desk explained to us about the train into San Francisco and how to use it. The info made are traveling much easier. At the end of our stay, another young woman helped us to organize our departure so it went as smooth as glass. I wish I had the names of the 2 young woman, but I lost their cards in our travels. I appreciate the time they spent helping us. Made out trip to your hotel memorable.

High quality renovated rooms short shuttle to airport.

Good and affordable place to stay. Highly recommended for budget traveller.

This place is a find. Very well maintained, the rooms have all the amenities you would expect from a hotel costing literally twice as much. Coffee maker in the room, TV with 100 Cable channels, good strong WiFi in the room, toiletries, very good and flexible lighting, free shuttle to the airport, etc. The espresso coffee maker in the lobby (free to use all day, with free cookies at the front desk). And the greeting is warm and welcoming.

This hotel was close to SFO and walking distance to a Cal train station. We were arriving late into SFO and didn't want to go to the city that night. The shuttle from the Dylan came within 15 minutes of our call and we were at the hotel in not time. Checking in was quick. We were in our room within minutes of getting to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were awesome. It looked like the rooms were recently updated. The breakfast was good. The train station was a minute walk away so going South to Palo Alto or North to San Francisco was super easy. Even being that close to the train station we didn't hear trains all night! The staff was very accommodating. The only downside is that they were remodeling the lobby area so it was a little messy. I would definitely recommend this hotel. From the outside it doesn't look that special, but it really is nice.

A very clean, updated hotel that probably used to be a lower-end hotel chain. They've done a great job of up-scaling the decor yet make it feel very comfortable. Great location for commuting. 5min cab/Uber ride from SFO and you can walk to the BART/CalTrain station to get to SF. Great value for the money.

Not good, despite photos to the contrary, this was a motel, with doors opening to the outside, and it is not the safest of locations.

Just stayed one night to fly home the next day. Took a taxi to the pier. The Bart transportation system is a close walk too.

We needed a nice hotel convenient to Burlingame, where we were visiting relatives. The Dylan was in a perfect location for this. There were plenty of stores and restaurants close by. The only difficulty was the fact that the ice machine was inaccessible due to ongoing construction, a minor inconvenience. There was a nice free breakfast and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel is just about 1 block from the Millbrae BART/Caltrain station - and so very convenient to get to from the airport. Check-in was very fast and painless. At mere mention that I would be going back to the airport in the morning (I was there for an interview) the clerk had his clipboard out to make sure I was on the list for their free shuttle, even though my original plan was to take the train back. (So with a little advance notice, I'm sure they'd even pick you up from the airport for free, too) The front part of the hotel had some remodeling going on - but even still, there was no noise when I wanted to relax. The room layout was really nice, and very clean. I had a great experience here - and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in that area!

It has a motel like feel and room was extremely small for 3 people. This is the kind of place to spend one night and that's it. Better to spend another $30-$40 znd have a little more comfort.

I was surprised to see that this hotel is a former motel: that is, the rooms, although upstairs, have doors to the outside. I didn't feel unsafe, but someone put a key into my door at around 3. Probably a guest trying to get into the wrong room.

Stayed for one night when leaving flying out of SFO airport in the AM. Room was awesome. Comfortable bed and large TV. Great bathroom. Liked the little lobby and breakfast area and snacks available. It is convenient for walking to restaurants and the BART station. Would definitely stay again. Airport shuttle came late (15 minutes). We were the last ones on so there are pickups at other hotels first. The driver had a lot of luggage organizing to do before we got on our way. This could possibly be a potential for a very late arrival to airport so factor this in or take an Uber there.

Beautifully done. Room was spotless, breakfast delicious. Affordable!!

Location very near airport -- convenient. Old hotel in the process of being renovated.

Highly recommend the Dylan for anyone who doesn't want to spend $$$ on accommodation in the city. Conveniently located by the Millbrae Bart station. Easy access to freeways if you have a car; not to mention freer parking. Stable wifi. 24 hour Walgreens across the street. What more could you ask for!

Very clean but small room. Good breakfast and nice staff.

for the price was ok but it was a long time ago that i can rembember well
