Great find!

I’m really glad we broke out of our chain hotel comfort zone to try The Dylan; the free & convenient parking was a Godsend (rare around SFO) and the clean, spacious room with very comfy beds were exactly what we needed before an early morning flight. I’ll definitely stay again!

Loved this hotel for the vintage style, impeccable cleanliness, available amenities, and proximity to SFO. The latter is why we booked into The Dylan in the first place. Also, the fact that it's pet-friendly and (I was told via phone about a week before my arrival) has a big enough parking lot for me to park my 10-foot travel trailer. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that there was no way I was getting my small rig in there and ended up parking on the street. Not ideal. Front desk staff were competent but curt, and we waited a long time for both check-in and check out. Perhaps understaffed?

Very convenient location, friendly staff, good value

Nice hotel for an over nighter. I stayed three nights and every morning around 6 to 630 they would dump the trash. Super loud. The internet was terrible and my room must have been perfectly placed so that I couldn’t get good cell coverage. The casting didn’t work so that I could watch Netflix or Prime. Plenty of food nearby and easy access to the city via rail or car.

Staff was wonderful and hotel was cute and comfortable. Beds were comfy as well. Appreciated the room provided thermoses to stay eco friendly.

Clean, nicely appointed rooms. Welcoming front desk. Easy access from airport and caltrain.

The Dylan has the cutest lobby. I love how welcoming it feels. Thw courtyards and small terraces on certain rooms is charming. I always enjoy my stay.

Clean rooms, great staff, comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again

Clean and comfortable. Close to the airport.

Great hotel with affordable room prices very near SFO.

Great rooms.

This is the most clever, well designed, thoughtful hotel around. Its in the details. There’s nice wine on tap in the Lobby, machines filled with all kinds of snacks and beverages, and a Lovely staff to welcome you. The room is thoughtfully appointed with hooks in all the right places, real coffee mugs for the morning brew, and a Record player with actual Wax - a fridge and microwave…robe, corkscrew, to use so you don’t have to go and buy stuff - Oh and unlimited delicious filtered water with sterilized steel carafes in the rooms so you don't have to buy water. Walking distance to a bank, drug store, and various restaurants If you travel a lot, you understand. This place is my new favorite, especially being only one stop on BART from SFO. What a wonderful surprise!

Very very noisy...if you are in a king room you will not get a good nights rest. This hotel is a con and not worth the price
