VERY difficult to find parking, loud- party atmosphere, beds are not queen size, they are fulls, so much smaller than we were expecting

My room never got cleaned we stayed 5 nights and they didn’t even bring us clean towels! Had to pay parking !

We picked this property because it was close to the Long Beach Cruise Port. But, wasn't worth the high fee that we paid for staying there. The room was spacious. It was facing the parking lot as we didn't pay for water views and that was okay. Expensive Hotel for not much value.

Great hotel with friendly staff that is within walking distance to multiple activities.

The hotel was OK the state was OK you pay dearly for a room and they don’t cover breakfast simple meal as an accommodation for guests they don’t have any water or drinks soft or not you go down to the office and they charge you double for it

Enjoyed the location of the property. Great views of the harbor.

Beautiful

The hotel has gone downhill. Loud scheduled events that go till late right outside the guest rooms, overcrowded and overbooked. Rooms were dirty.

bad customer service, a lot of loud families loads of complaints from other families.

Room view

Beautiful setting on the water with gorgeous views from our room. Room was clean and comfortable. Be sure to make a reservation in advance for Fuego, they book up quick. 2 hour early check in was not honored and having to pay to park is ridiculous. Other than that it was a great getaway.

For the price, it was disappointing. No hand towels - just bath towels and wash cloths. The king bed was unusually short - my feet hung off the bottom, I’m only 5’11”. The fire pits are shut at ten pm. The restaurant is extremely pricey with a very small menu and no fresh squeezed juice (in Southern California?!). The room was rather small. The window shades didn’t keep the sun out. Most annoying was being told we had to wear a plastic bracelet - the kind you get at a music festival or bar/club - for the duration of our stay. Had to shower and sleep with the thing on. Seriously? Again, for the price, disappointing.

The front desk staff are very inattentive. There were two staff members upon my check in who were having discussion and answering phone calls with 4 people in line. Waited and Waited with no acknowledgement. I paid for a late check out in advance, the front desk person told me immediately that late check out was not available, although I paid for it. My room was in building 4. The trash can by the elevator was spilling over.. it was gross. Enter the elevator and theres a Hand sanitizer box that clearly had not been wiped down in weeks!! The pump for it that people are suppose to use there hands to pump was disgusting! (I have photos) The room next to mine had dirty drinking glasses outsider the door when we first entered our room. Those same glasses were there when I checked out. Gross! (I have photos) There’s staff walking around everywhere and no one sees all this trash in building 4??? The TV system did not work, kept getting no signal on every channel. Day of check out woke up that morning to my entire room smelling like cigarettes smoke that was clearly coming through the vents which made me and my children sick so we packed up immediately and left. This place was not worth the money at all!!!

Not good nothing about it but the game was nothing good

The stay was beautiful, hospitality was great, and everything about the hotel was more than I expected. Already booked our next trip!

Walls are very thin! You can hear everything even a car turning on. Our upstairs neighbor kept yelling at us for having a normal conversation on our balcony at 4pm . He made us girls so uncomfortable.

Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback with us. As a resort property, we can have multiple events taken place at once such as weddings, birthday parties, etc. We also have outside customers who come to have parties in our Fuego restaurant, which can cause our parking to be a little tight and our hotel very busy. As for our beds, all of our rooms with two beds are queen size.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We will be sure to communicate the issues you experienced with us to the pertinent departments. We do include breakfast with the room, but only when you book a bed and breakfast package. We do not provide water or drinks in the rooms at the moment, as in-room minibars would be against COVID-19 protocols.
