So clean & the staff was amazing! They asked if we would like the balcony room to which we said YES YES YES. We will definitely be back!

Close to everything in Downtown San Diego! Staff was very friendly!

Rooms seemed newly remodeled. Staff was friendly at check in. Hotel is in a great location. Right in the middle of downtown. However the room was tiny and had a ridiculous view of literally another window a window to the hall directly in front of elevator. It felt as if everyone could see in.

Great bed, shower, breakfast, parking and staff. Nice location great walking distance to many areas.

It was very clean and comfortable, I loved the pool outside and the outside sitting space.

Everything was perfect. Location is great to walk downtown. Has little balconies. Good breakfast. Great staff!

The property was conveniently located to an event I was in town for. I arrived for check-in at night and felt my safety was at risk when I came across a homeless man in the parking garage who appeared under the influence, pacing the floor I was parked on, and at one point exposing himself. After over 20 minutes of waiting in my car for the man to leave, security finally showed up looking to escort the man. It was not until then that I finally felt safe to walk out of my car with my family and into the elevators that lead directly into the hotel lobby. What I noticed immediately is there are no security cameras in the parking garage or elevators for the security and safety of the guests. The rest of my trip was uneventful and had a great stay otherwise. Rooms were neat and clean and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. If I were to visit the area again, I will probably be inclined to stay outside of the downtown area.

First of all the staff at this property was amazingly friendly! From the van driver to the front desk who accommodated my son and I amazingly. The room was well appointed, large and very clean. Only beef is there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang used towels. Otherwise the place was spectacular!!

The hotel was smack dab within walking distance (or shuttle/ Uber under $20) of everything we wanted to do- Midway Museum, the Zoo, Gaslamp, Sunset Cliffs, Old Town...the property was quiet and breakfast every morning was on point- a great selection of healthy food and the Cinnabon station was a treat! My only not-great is that the pool wasn’t indicated on any of the signs and I just didn’t feel like asking. I’m not sure we would have had time to swim anyway but it would have been nice to know where the pool was. Despite that, our stay here was exceptionally enjoyable and the staff were helpful with every question we had. If I return to SD, I’ll definitley stay here again.

Very central to USS midway, zoo, Balboa park, restaurants, free shuttle to most attractions. Once they didn't have a shuttle and I took a lyft. They paid me back immediately. Rooms are clean, we were in the newly renovated unit downstairs and they are massive.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous people. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful staff from van driver to front desk. The only downside was I ended up with a handicap accessible room close to noisy a/c units. However, it was a last minute booking at a very affordable rate during a convention.

Hotel staff was very kind and helpful with everything from finding transportation to navigating technology issues. They were a tremendous help at 12:30 AM when my six year old woke the room with a visit from the stomach flu. The staff brought fresh bedding and cleaning supplies to my rescue. They were great and inquired about him in the morning to make sure he was ok. They were really wonderful. Loved our stay at this hotel despite an unfortunate visit from the flu.

Hotel is in a nice location in Downtown , very close to Balboa Park , only 3 minuets driving distance. Parking is expensive $19/day. But you can park on the street overnight if you are lucky to find a spot. The hotel inside looks new ,maybe it was renevated recently. Our room was on the first floor, you can hear the person walking on the second floor and your neighbor talking. We have to ask to change a room on the third floor which is on the top floor. The flushing sound of toilet is very loud , and does not work. Otherwise it’s fine.

Good Evening, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry to hear about the experience you had in the parking garage. I know that can be really scary. I will share your comments with our General Manager as well as the Parking Manager, to best assess how to handle this issue moving forward. Thank you again for your comments! Warm regards, Patrick D.
