Clean property, helpful staff. Close to airport.

upon check in we were given the wrong room. went back to get it fixed and felt like i was the person that was in the wrong. i asked for a room for 3 and did not get that . i then asked for bedding for the couch that was in the 2nd room and was told i was to make the bed myself. well maybe times have changed, but i have never had to do that before. you would think with the price of the room, they could atleast make the third bed up for us. and beware-$50 for valet parking and no self parking.

We were given room 225, which does not exist. I was on crutches, and to spend 15 min trying to figure out where this room is, was not good. Then the wifi didn't work as the name and the rooms were not associated properly.

Very nice, updated, clean and family friendly hotel. Staff was very accommodating.

Loved how clean the whole place was. The front desk was super nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no actual water to use for the keurig in the morning. But other than that we had an excellent stay.

Great location, nice view outside. Friendly staff, I just hope they have better breakfast selections for there buffet breakfast. Parking was $45 per day.

My family and I enjoyed our room and the pool. There was only one big issue, the parking. I will not be staying at this hotel agian for this reason. Over priced with no other option. Even motel 6 next door had free self parking. My family and I decided to walk to airport parking, which was far away, and still cost 20 dollars a day.

The hotel was perfect clean and staff very polite . The only thing I dislike was paying for parking .

The only thing that I didn't like was that the onsite parking was so expensive, $40 I think. I parked on the street instead so it was free. But other than that, it was a nice place. Good location, you could easily walk to restaurants and close to the baywalk.

Everything was good just that I didn’t like how they always have to have your keys when you drop your car off and you’d have to ask for them when you need to get something.

I was disappointed that the pool was cool. We were only able to stay in about 20 minutes. My kids were shivering. The TV didn’t work. We called and they said they would send someone to look into it but no one ever came.

the property was close to everything from the beach to great food in Little Italy

This is my first hotel stay on my own it’s very simple to check in they’re very helpful and polite it wasn’t far from pacific would really recommend anyone to stay here also I would definitely come back

The parking is for 1st come 1st serve wven though we were staying there. The paeking lot was full. 😑😒
