Nice location to Little Italy. Great pool. Room was standard

Forced me to park offsite and at double the hotel rate without compensation for the difference in cost.

Convnient location Pool for all ages Front desk agent was awesome at check in Staff were friendly

The hotel was nice. I wish they had 2 queen beds instead of 2 doubles. But overall very nice. Friendly staff and easy check-in.

Hotel was excellent - very comfy after a long flight - airport shuttle was easy on and off

This hotel is in a decent location and the rooms have a lot of space, but it's not high-end enough to justify the price. For $400/night, I expected a lot more. The lobby and rooms need updating. While the rooms have a living room space, i'd rather that they not smell musty and get a refresh on the decor.

Older hotel but clean. Occasionally front reception area left unattended and didn’t answer phone call on 1 occasion

When we checked in, our room wasn’t ready so they gave us a downgraded room. When we turned the tv on, it didn’t work, so we called down and they gave us another room which was nice. Our new room had something up with the plumbing and started a loud “glub glub” noise from the drains anytime we used the water or our neighbors did. It was so loud that it woke us up at 4:00 in the morning. Also, the shower made a really loud noise when the hot water was on and sputtered out of the shower head. Awful!! We thought that after we shared our experience with the front desk, that we’d get some kind of refund but we had our parking comped which we don’t feel really made up for the quality of the hotel and our stay. We won’t ever be coming back.

The staff are amazing and the room was awesome, the bed was comfortable and clean. The restaurant offered good food at a great value.

Just an overnight stay before going to the airport. Beds were not queens but the location was great to walk to restaurants and a quick drive to the airport in the morning.

Not that great of experience for the price that we paid. The parking is horrible scratch my car because the garge is so narrow for a suv. Also the first room they assigned me it was not clean i dont evem think that housekeeping cleaned. The second room i got the ac was not working well.

I stayed the night for a conference. The parking lot is super narrow and unmanageable for larger vehicles. There was a pick up truck trying to go up the ramp to the second floor and it could not navigate the narrow ramp. Also, I had to circle a few times to get back into the parking lot at night because the attendant was not stationed there. That was inconvenient. The Wifi was also terrible and since it was a work trip, that really delayed my work. The rooms themselves are super comfortable, however. They gave me 2 water bottles at check in. No cookie, there were none left. It was busy because there were many conferences. The breakfast was excellent.

Pleasant staff, very friendly! Room had no fridge. Too much ambient noise.

Needs to be cleaned and updated. Hotel staff ignores requests. Called front desk multiple times for toiletries, and they never delivered. Shower did not work.

The hotel is about 1 mile from the Gaslamp District but its not that far honestly. The hotel is really clean and the staff is more then friendly. They give you a fresh cookie at check in and almost any other time if you ask and boy are they delicious. The rooms are clean and it has everything you could want in it. We will be back!

Everything about the hotel was fine, satisfactory, no complaints other than that either the exhaust fan in the bathroom was either broken or didn't exist. It really needed one because odors lingered and the bathroom got really steamed up during showers. The staff was helpful and nice and the room was fine for our needs.

We were on the 19th floor with an amazing view. The kids loved the pool. Location was great!
