None of the amenities listed were available (pool, fitness center) because everything was under construction. This was not disclosed before we got to the property. I chose this place because a pool was advertised and we did not get a pool. Also, there was loud drilling starting at 9am for 2 of the 4 mornings we were there.

Check in, room, and the stay overnight was not bad at all. Parking was definitely very inconvenient for us and a bit tragic. It was our first time stay and after we had paid $50.00 parking we didn’t know that finding parking in the building was going to be an issue. It was so compact very narrow and not enough space to get through to go up or down the floors to the point that our vehicle got almost stuck getting out and end up scratching our front bumper while trying to get out from one floor to to the other just to find parking. There was no one to guide us So our vehicle got damaged and once we finally received the help and was given a parking we went to the front desk to report the incident and of course I asked for a refund not charged for the parking because we were only staying one night but was told that they were not responsible for the parking. . So my husband and I went to our room and decided just to let things be and hope we can drive our vehicle out the building tomorrow morning and we did thank goodness. But parking is definitely not suitable and definitely not promised you’ll find one after paying $40.00. Staff were very nice and understanding I know it’s out of their control but I do hope since they were also in construction they can create a better experience for parking maybe keep track or hire someone who can guide the guest who paid for parking that way they don’t have any accidents scratching their vehicles against the walls

Only three levels of parking and very hard to find parking and getting out too. Our room the balcony sliding door closed but between the two doors cold air was coming in. Bathroom outlets did not work. Bed sheet was dirty and the little fridge did not keep our food cold had to throw turkey and ham away

The location was great, and the staff super friendly, clean room and amazing view. The only thing I did not like is that the windows were not sound proof so we could literally hear the freeway all night. There was also construction going on on Sunday at 8 am…

Complicated

It was an okay stay. We ran into a few complications with poor directions to a gym. Their was a steet fair on saturday that made us have to access the feeeway off ramp to access the hotel parking garage that we weren't warned about by staff. The views were terrific but a neighbor was smoking on the belcony that flowed into our room forcing us to close our patio door. The carpet had a mild molding oder. Liitle things that add up.

Be aware this hotel is currently under construction as of 3/22/25. There were no disclaimers made to me upon booking that certain parts of the hotel are closed, like the gym and pool. The parking structure is an absolute nightmare, it is extremely narrow, so if you have a huge pick up truck or SUV, don’t bother booking if parking is a necessity! There are 2 areas to enter the parking structure, and I noticed they closed the back entrance at random times during the day and when it got dark. This means the same area to enter becomes the same area to exit. I had to reverse out of the way to allow a car coming in to enter, which was so inconvenient and stressful in such a tight space. The plumbing was horrible, you can hear other rooms when they shower and the water barely got lukewarm after 10 mins of running it. I thought it was never going to get warm, I had to take a cold shower on my first night. However, I will say the staff at the front desk and housekeeping were so friendly, helpful and kind, the front desk even made complimentary offerings. Overall, if quality is not an important factor to you in booking a hotel, this one is convenient considering I was safe enough to sleep in it. Other than that, I suggest finding a better alternative that will be worth your money, time and your whole experience. Thanks for reading :)
