Beautiful spacious rooms to accommodate my family of 5. Clean. Customer Service was amazing, Parking garage had ev charging area a big plus for us.
City view suite was a view of an empty lot, not their fault but def no city view. Parking was either overlooked by myself or just never disclosed. Not the fault of the hotel but downtown SD has gotten bad with the homeless and they like to engage with by-passers. Booked downtown for the convenience of location, can walk to most locations as parking is redic but didn’t feel it was safe to do so with my wife.

Beautiful spacious room
Room was ready in time and was clean. Mini fridge was a good size and the wet bar was perfect for our small needs. Only compliant would be that the curtains for blacking out the room don’t go fully to the windows edge so light gets in. Also limited parking and they charge a good amount ($50 or so) for valet and that there’s limited dining options on property. The guests were not wearing their masks indoors however staff did.
