Five stars! We were in town for my daughter’s graduation from Air Force BMT and the Staybridge was convenient, super clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this property!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Overall its a good hotel and is quite close to SeaWorld. We arrived late at night but was welcomed and directed to our room within a short time. Our room had a king bed and a separate couch. There was a full kitchen which was a nice perk. TV and Wifi worked fine. Room was air-conditioned and was working well. I may be wrong about this, but it seemed like the washer dryer on the main level was complimentary. There is a pool behind the hotel also. The hotel has a free shuttle service to SeaWorld. Only couple of feedback would be to add some more selections at breakfast if possible and to check the thermostat in the workout room (did not seem to cool). But overall a good stay.

I had trouble with other hotels in the area and was able to be accommodated at the Stay bridge hotel. The location is great for Sea World and they even offer a free shuttle service to take you to and from Sea world for free it works out cause the parking at Sea world is costly, they can even you to other places around, but in a 5 mile radius. The rooms were great and the staff was very patient and helpful especially Julie who helped translate for us because she spoke Spanish. As well as Irma and the shuttle drivers that drove us around. Will be returning when we plan another trip to San Antonio again. The place includes some extra areas like a pool, free laundry room, gym, a miniature putt course, some BBQ grills, a computer room and a breakfast area that's served in the morning. In all, a pretty chill place and I was lucky to stumble across a great staff that helped out a lot.

Friendly, efficient and accommodating staff. Beds super comfortable. Room updated nicely and cleaned but it seemed to always be very humid and there was no fan in the bathroom. Breakfast on weekdays is more plentiful than on Saturdays. Appears they had a hard time keeping up with the demand that day. Great location with several food places within walking distance. It’s a great home away from home, with a gym, business center and a comfortable lobby area to eat and catch up with an old friend. I didn’t try the pool but it looked inviting and clean.

My travel buddy and I stayed at this Staybridge Suites because our main interest in visiting San Antonio was going to Sea World. What a perfect choice! On check-in, Gabby recognized my Spire status and gave us a lovely, and much-needed upgrade. Made all the difference in the comfort of our stay. She is truly an asset to the property, providing all necessary information for our convenience. Speaking of convenience - the shuttle to Sea World was exactly as hoped for. Dropped us off right at the entrance, and picked us up at closing, minutes after calling. The shuttle was a determining factor in our stay, and it did not disappoint. However, the drive into town to enjoy the Riverwalk was also not difficult at all - only 22 minutes. Our room was nice and clean, and as I have experienced with other Staybridge properties, the mini kitchen with full-sized refrigerator and freezer was as promised. Even loved the bath towels - plushy and seemingly new. The breakfast was delicious - something for everyone, and served a little later on weekends. We even took advantage of the laundry (due to the orca show soak zone!) and the business center. Everything great! Julie and Brian also worked very hard to make sure our stay was one we would love to repeat. They were successful, if in the San Antonio area again, we'll definitely try to stay here.

This place is amazing and me and my family really had a great time there! Highly recommended! If you can avoid weekends and holidays the price will be even more fair. I took week days and it was just amazing!!! The hotel was not that crowded.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite, which included 2 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bath rooms and a living room with a mini kitchen. Our check in process was very easy and the front desk clerk was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Overall the place was nice and worked great for us. The rooms could use a little updating, as the couch cushions had stains on them and the carpet had some stains. The pool was fine, of course water temp was about 95 degrees, as the outside temp was over 100 everyday! The location was good, only a few miles to the gate at Lackland Air Force base, where my son was graduating BMT. The daily breakfast was standard fare and was good. They had a computer room, which we used to print up our boarding passes. I would stay there again, as it met our needs.

This place is great! I loved how the rooms are oversized with mini kitchens. Beds( including the sofa bed) were very comfy(pillows too). Kitchens came with flatware, cookware.. everything you needed, well except the food😉 Breakfast every morning was amazing and every employee I encountered was very kind and helpful! Loved that this place has a Seaworld shuttle that runs every 30 minutes... which beats fighting traffic and looking(paying for) parking. Also M-W they have an evening social, that serves food and drinks(adult beverages as well) for free! And if you gotta wash clothes, then all you need is detergent as the machines are free as well... Amazing is all I can say, loved this place!

This hotel is such a mixed bag, it's hard to give a rating. Everything looked clean and well kept, but there were many problems here and there. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I brought problems to attention of front desk and they offered us to move to another room, but I decided to tough it out b/c we were only staying a couple of nights and not worth the trouble. One of the biggest issues is that the room key wouldn't open any of the exterior doors. Only one exterior door worked on the first day--saw many frustrated people standing outside. One other day I tried four doors (midday, not evening), and even saw staff inside, but no one would let us in. Our room had a terrible odor that smelled like dill pickles or curry--couldn't get rid of it no matter what we tried. The a/c didn't turn on for the first six hours, and was set to 65 but room temperature showed 72. Had to keep playing with thermostat and opened closet door with air intake and before it started and then took 24 hours too cool off. Additionally, all vents had been pointed toward the ceiling (high ceilings at that). There was a broken lock on the door, dirty sheet on the roll away, remote missing battery/no cover, and phones were not connected. The toilet seat was barely mounted--sliding all over. Carpet was filthy. Sheets and pillows were surprisingly nice, and mattress was ok. Wifi was pretty good. Breakfast was standard and pretty well stocked. Just lots of loud unattended kids leaving tongs on top of the food. They gym was quite nice, but again a/c problems, maybe becaues it is attached to laundry room. Thermostat said 66 but room temp was 78. When I did laundry one evening a bunch of men were hanging out drinking beer. Tiny pool with unattended kids who stayed there all day every day--some running off the edge doing flips into shallow water (even bothered my kids). However, this would be a great place if you are on a budget and have several young children and plan to go to Sea World. It is not a 5-star hotel and not luxurious, but it is clean and adequate.

My parents (62 & 61) and I (43) visited with my two sons (21 & 14) over the pre-Fourth of July weekend for about a week. We couldn't have been more pleased with the staff and accommodations. Our welcome was warm and genuine, and the rooms were clean, well-accommodated, and spacious with a good-sized kitchen (including oven, microwave, full-size fridge & freezer, plates & utensils, coffee maker, etc). Breakfast every morning had a great variety, and the cocktail hour Monday-Thursday provided a great time to relax and visit. There was seating indoor and outdoor, and every morning and evening we enjoyed sitting together over breakfast and cocktail hour just chatting and processing the day. There is a medium-sized pool and a basketball court, along with a grill, if you wanted to cook out. The H.E.B (grocery store) is just a half-mile away - just a good stretch of the leg. We'll be staying at Staybridge Suites again!
