Staybridge Suites San Antonio Sea World

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first was in January of 2016. We were pleased both times. The location is great. We loved the free shuttle to Sea World, makes it very convenient. The breakfast is really good, with plenty of choices. The staff is friendly and helpful. Another really big plus is all the extras the room has. Not only a coffee pot, fridge and microwave, but dishes and cups. It was great to bring food back and be able to eat just like at home. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We will stay again at this hotel if we are in the area.

Beautiful, clean and pleasant place to stay in! The staff is excellent. Got the best attention. Julie, the From Desk Manager was very sweet and made our trip memorable! It was our very first time at San Antonio and we are positive no other place to stay would of been better. ¡Definitely staying here in the future when we come back! 🙌🏼☺️

Hotel is in a nice location, close to Seaworld and not fair from downtown(12 miles). The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. My only complaint was that the room we stayed in had the loudest mattress I've ever slept on. Comfy, but loud. The downside of this was that when I got up in the middle of the night the springs would wake my fiance up. Pool was clean as well. Breakfest was more than contiental but the meat was basic and the eggs tasted powered but the dry selection was nice and included muffins, waffles, all juices and milk. Would stay again.

We were looking to make a quick trip to San Antonio to visit a friend stationed at Lackland AFB over Memorial Day weekend. We chose this hotel due to price, availability and location. Location-wise, it's great. We were about 15 minutes to Lackland and near the 410-loop, so we could get to a lot of attractions easily. That was probably the best thing about the hotel - the location. As for the hotel itself, that weekend, they were at capacity, totally sold out. First - there is not a whole lot of parking for the hotel. We tried to check in early (before noon) and there were no rooms available (as expected), so they held our bag for us while we went and did out thing. We finally came back to the hotel around 8:30pm and got our room. Near the front desk is the "Pantry" where you can purchase drinks, snacks, things like that and charge them to the room. Very convenient. Our room was nice, with a small kitchen, sofa, bed and bathroom. I think it was a "studio" room. The refrigerator was nice and let us bring back food to the room after dinner. There was also a microwave to reheat with dishes, etc. The bed was super hard, almost like sleeping on the floor, but the shower was nice, hot and had good pressure. Plenty of towels. Breakfast in the morning was limited, and there were a ton of people down there trying to get food. Not enough tables/chairs and many families had to take their food back up to their room to eat. Our only significant complaint was that the walls were paper thin. The family next door to us had two kids who were yelling throughout the evening into the night. Both my husband and I had to wear ear plugs to bed to quiet the noise. It was awful. Didn't check out the pool or laundry facilities, but they did have a small business center where you could use a computer (there were two I believe). Lots of brochures for local attractions. WiFi was good throughout the hotel. Overall, convenient, but next time will probably stay somewhere else.

I had the wonderful pleasure of visiting this establishment with "palatial suites" while attending a matrimonial ceremony in the nearby "Helotes" hill country section of San Antonio with my mother. The staff here was wonderful! We arrived here late and they offered to grab us food from one of the three top-notch restaurants nearby (2 barbecue & 1 seafood). When I awoke the next morning, I was given access to a wonderful breakfast which included scrambled eggs, bagels, waffles, juice, cereal and "all the fixings." After my mother checked out early, the management allowed me to stay as late as 1pm. The front desk clerk even gave me a complimentary toothpaste when I tried to purchase one. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Sea World. It is super convenient and the shuttle service is perfect. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and seemed genuinely concerned that we had a pleasant stay. The bed was sooo comfortable and the room had nice amenities. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again if we return to Sea World.

Stayed here for two night for a business trip. The hotel was quiet, and clean, and the staff were pleasant. Only thing to keep in mind is there is construction around that area of San Antonio that can make your commute unpleasant.

I will give this place a 5 for several reasons. To start, they accomodated me when I first had an issue with reservations at a different hotel. I originally had issues with my bank to handle my refund to I could pay for my extended stay here at Staybridge, but they let me for 3 days with just alowing me to make a small payment until I had my finances straightened out to pay for the entire stay. It was very generous of them to do that and for the time being the staff was always friendly and helpful as well as courteous of to help me out with any other issues. Not only that, the rooms were furnished with the items i needed to make my stay much more convenient. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend this place!

This establishment was superb. Staff was very professional and very accomadating. Julie went out of her way to assist in getting family settled in a room on short notice. James was a treat to meet. The sunshine in the Hotel is Gabbie. Always kind and ensuring you are enjoying your stay. I am grateful to the staff and encourage you to stay when your in San Antonio. Definitely a home away from home. Thank you all. The Jimenez Family.

I would like to thank Gabby for helping me out and my guys getting their room situated. She also made sure that we collect our IHG reward points. I have been to other Staybridge Suites and none of the can top off the Mon-Wednesday Dinners. We set to eat out but as me and my guys walking out to the front. It made us second guess if should eat out. You Guys Rock! Thank you!
