The rooms were the worst rooms, My family has ever stayed in. I will never stay at Microtel again. The rooms were small it was like staying in an interior room of a cruise ship. Microtel puts the Micro in their rooms.

Hotel was clean and nice however while staying in our room the forst night the air went off. Facility units needs to be updated

Walls are so thin - can hear almost everything from neighbors. The annoyingly loud AC helped a bit.

It was more of the guests than the hotel very loud. We stayed 2 nights didnt not get our room clean. We had issues getting fresh towels and the breakfast options were limited. We had issues with our bathroom toilet and we wasn't able to use wifi the entire stay. More than likely we will not stay again

Nice hotel near my family home. The room was comfortable and the amenities were nice, didn't partake in breakfast so I can't speak on that.

Hotel was close to Sea world. Breakfast was ok. Waffles and the rest cereal, muffins, bagels. We stayed in room 304. My only issues with this room is the AC was very loud. I think it was on the verge of going out. Plus there is only one elevator and the WiFi isn’t good. The hotel was ok and reasonably priced.

Stayed here for two nights and had enjoyable nights rest each time. The breakfast was ok, would have liked a few more hot choices instead of only waffles each day. Fresh fruit would have been a nice addition as well though everything else on the menu was fine. Returned the second afternoon to find we were locked out of our rooms and both our sons room and ours had to be rekeyed to get in to our rooms. The location is probably the hardest thing about the hotel. The road construction and detours are terrible and there needed to be a sign out on the road so you knew to turn in here. Once located everything was fine. Only. about fifteen minutes from SeaWorld and we could watch the fireworks from the hotel. picnic tables and enjoyed that as well. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The first room that given to us was a mess sheet and towels every where and not clean and ready.the second room that was given to us had hairs on every pillow, the third room that was given to us the front desk attendant went to the room with us and checked the room out for us and took with her one pillow that had hair on it. The next day we ask for more shampoo and conditioner and they said they had ran out of them. The third day maids came to clean the room, they didn’t replace all the towels and didn’t fix one bed

terrible rooms, service, hotel is really dirty the carpets are nasty. the bed sheets are disgusting I had to request clean sheets twice after they serviced my room, hairs and stains in the sheets. noisy, you can hear everything in the surrounding rooms, things my children do not need to hear. they only have one person working the night shift, per Josh the attendant who worked that night. he also ran one of my bank cards and said it didn't go through so I pulled it up online and showed him the processed transaction he stated he didn't know what was going on but he needed to reprocess I didn't want him running the same card twice so I gave him another and he charged that one too. Blanca the manager has yet to return my call, when I call the hotel I have to call 8-12 times before I get an answer the phones will ring until you get a sound that's almost like a fax line so you have to hang up and call back, no message options. Its a really unprofessional place and for my kids first time going to seaworld really upset me. I really thought I was getting a great deal for a low price I always stay with the Marriott and will just stick to my norm in the future. i was told i had to come down to the front desk to pick up my sheets towels and soap. horrible hotel.

We stayed five days and enjoyed the hotel stay. The carpet in the hall on the second floor needs to be cleaned and tightene.

The hotel is in a dark and lonely area our vehicle window was broken at night.

Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Good coffee and bagel. Conveniently located for my visit to the area. Have stayed there on two previous occasions. Will likely do so again.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airforce base. Staff was very nice and helpful. Letting us check in 3 hours early. Daily breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

I gave the room an ok, because our remote didn't work and they gave us another one it still didn't work so we were stuck on regular channels.

When we first got there one of my party got a room that smelled like a smoker room. It was also open when we got there. We got another room but it was late at night and a little inconvenient. The entryway light didn't work either. The Wi-Fi didn't work 50% of the time. The staff was excellent though. Everyone always willing to help and always cheerful. I'm a Wyndham Silver VIP member and was expecting a lot more. But I must say the coffee was one of the best coffees I've ever had!!!

Off 1604... but construction and location made navigating very trying.

The breakfast wasn't great- stale bagels. Hot tub not hot- confirmed broken. Mattress was hard but I'm use to a temperpedic. The suite was great for my kids. My son slept on the window seat and my daughter slept on the sofa bed- no fighting. Fridge was a good size. Room wasn't cramped. It is located within minutes to so many family friendly places. We would go back if the hot tub were fixed and I bring a mattress topper.

Well if you want quiteness then this is not a hotel to stay, at night u hear everything the people next to you ect. Which it wasnt a good situation to be in with your 4 year daughter. But other then that the rooms are clean and staff are pretty nice.

I love this hotel. It was super clean! The bathroom was spotless and the beds were soft and clean.

close to sea world

Hotel was close to Sea world. Breakfast was ok. Waffles and the rest cereal, muffins, bagels. We stayed in room 304. My only issues with this room is the AC was very loud.
