we hot the room 2 hours later and we didnt get any blankets no trash cans no housekeeping it was a bad experience. I wish i could get my money back !

Check in is 3pm. They didn’t let us have it till 7pm. Sink was clogged. Maintenance never came to fix it. I told two different attendants on different days. Never got fixed. Had to brush my teeth outside Lamp broken. Didn’t get fixed. No blankets. I asked for one. Never got one. Filthy. Walls, room, outside. All dirty. Roaches. The only good thing I can say is the lights did turn off and on.

This hotel is super dirty. No remote, called front desk 4 times from room no answer. Called from cellphone they picked up right away. Roaches, ants, filthy carpet, iron spilled water everwhere. I guess La Quinta slaps its name on any hotel. The smell by the staircase; dont ask

It is an older motel already and looks accordingly

I liked my stay veru much and it made me feel at ease

Didnt like the fact that I had to pay over 100 dollars for a room other people walked in and payed $55.00 for two beds. Orbitz did my reservation for 1 king size bed, instead of two as I requested. Two adult males sleeping in the same bed is ridiculous. None of this was my fault. Would like a refund because the person in the front said it was requested by orbitz like that, but our confirmation paper says two beds.I will not rely on a third party to do my reservations again. They were wrong and payed twice as everybody else. Very dissatisfied!!!!

Real health hazard. Someone must have had a bad case of diarrhea in the room. Dry green poop all over in the bathroom : on the door knob, wall and the floor around the toilet.

Dry feces all over the bathroom door knob, wall and floor. Black mould on bathroom ceiling. Health hazard.

I was exposed to feces all over in the bathroom. The bathroom door knob and wall right to the toilet had chunks of dry feces all over. The floor had green dry feces spreading from the door to the toilet. The bathroom ceiling covered with black mould. I took a bath when i arrived late at night but only discovered the health hazard that i was exposed to in the morning. The clerk complied with changing me room and promised to transmit my health concerns to the manager on Monday morning. At checking out i waited more than 20 minutes. While the clerk remainded me that the manager was busy with lot of phone calls. She also looked at me standing waiting for her. The visibly angry woman came and asked me "What is your problem". Interrupting me in a very rude tone, she said : "you need to deal with the third party from whom you reserved the room. I have no time now" I don t know to what extend the e coli in the feces can affect my health. The amount was around me in a wet surface.

Upon entering the room we were greeting by roaches in the bathroom. The staff at the front desk quickly gave us a full refund.

No toilet paper, beds were small, shower water would go from hot to cold by it's self,you could tell management was cutting corners..
