After my last visit, I decided to try this hotel again. Overall, it was comfortable. The staff was helpful. There were stains on the toilet seat and two or three roaches. Other than that, the room was clean. I especially note that the fridge and freezer were very clean. Most places with full-sized fridges don't have fridges that are that clean. There was also a make-up stain on the comforter. The heater worked well.

My wife and I took a trip to San Antonio booked later than we should have but this hotel wasn’t bad. There was some wrappers around the room like candy and we never received room service during our stay but it was decent stay overall not overpriced and you get a small kitchen which is better when most hotels won’t even give you microwaves. it Was nice little get away.

nice location, good service, easy parking, enjoyed the stay. I would recommend to others. Easy to get to downtown from hotel. Good restaurants near by. Was concerned about a sign at front desk that read...they provide hotel guest information to police upon request.

Great place. Great staff. I went to six flags with my family and stood st Extended Stay. The staff was on point with our needs and our stay was great. If I ever return to San Antonio I will return to stay at Extended Stay America. Thank you.

All rooms are very new and feel fresh. The owners on the other hand are not as refreshing. To get the kitchen set-up, you must go to the office and pick up the awkward pots and dishes yourself dispite the signs that say they deliver to your room.

Great place as far as access to everything you need. The staff were friendly and eager to please. The room was a little small, but adequate. The sign was poorly placed, but a right turn could get you to the back entrance.

The hotel is beyond average. The room was/is immaculate. The desk staff/management were/are helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The house keeping are phenomenal. One particular lady was a pleasure, she had no issues accommodating me and/or my 14 year old schnauzer. This great lady would come in ignore me and/or my dog do a super job of refreshing the room, and all within 15 or 20 minutes. All other extended stay type residences should follow this example, or take notes on how to do it the right way.

I have stayed here multiple times. This location is always clean and has a friendly staff. Convenient to anything in city. If you're looking for major value check this place out first. You will not regret it!

I stayed at this location for the second time. It isn't as good as the two in Austin where I stayed. The room had ants in it. There was no dishwasher, the other locations BOTH had dishwashers, and the rooms were much smaller than the other locations. The male staff wasn't as helpful as the other staff, male and female, at this and other locations. I asked for more dish detergent but was denied ,eventhough, I was staying a few nights and there was no dishwasher. This location can use upgrades.

The rooms are smaller than most extended stay America's the morning staff was great but the late check in wasnt pleasant. Apparently it was a lady from housekeeping and she was rude. They gave my room to someone else so we ended up with one bed instead of 2 which meant my fiance and i had to sleep on the floor so that our son could have the bed. Then she had the nerve to offer me towels to make a pallet. Im like no blankets or sheets what the ....! I told her ive traveled 8 hours and im very tired if she didnt find me a blanket or some sheets i was going to report them to the bbb and i wasnt playing! She eventually came back with sheets i assured her i was going to make sure i put this on trip advisor. The microwave was dirty and smelled awful i checked out at 8 am. The breakfast had small muffins instead of the ones that actually say extended stay on them and the coffee was old i was so disappointed because i actually love extended stay america this one dropped the ball
