The room was dirty - had stains on the carpet and couch. Plus it had a very bad smell to the room. There was mold in the shower as well. Plus the location was not what we were expecting - cars in the parking lot were on blocks with missing tires - not sure if someone stole them or if someone was working on their car.

I get there my room wasn't ready and it didn't look like the pictures on the computer. And the housekeeper walked in on us while we had do not disturb sign on the door

The water faucet in the bathtub would not stop running and the toilet seat was broken.

Not bad for the price. Room had a little kitchen with stove and fridge. Real close to northstar mall

Welllllllllll! my first time that we stayed at the extended stay in Houston our experienced was great. So I decided to go to San Antonio when I entered the room it the carpet was dirt, went to the bathroom and there was creatures all over! that was nesty! the room has a kitchenette and we did not buy food to eat in the room. They don't have room no one to come and clean the room. Clean towels had to go to the office and get some...What a stay!!!

Room we booked was non smoking, but the room wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. It was so offensive we asked front desk for some air freshener, which, of course, was not available. The bed, which was very uncomfortable, was listed as a queen bed, but it was obviously a full bed. A few of the towels in the bathroom had disturbingly curious stains. Upon arriving in the room, we found a dirty rag in the kitchenette sink. I felt like I needed an additional shower after our stay here. Our stay here was unpleasant and not worth what we paid.

The price was good and the staff was helpful. Roomsare due for a refurbishment, but all that was needed was available.

When we checked it at 4 the room wasn't ready and we were on our way to a wedding. We had to wait 30 minutes for the room to get ready. Then, we get to the room and it stinks. We requested a nonsmoking queen room. We got a smoking room with two double beds. The smoke smell was so bad I almost vomited. In the morning, I went to take a shower and there was no shampoo. We went down to the office and they had run out of shampoo. You are a hotel how are yall out of it, go get some new stuff. It was miserable and the lady behind the desk wasn't friendly.

The room, overall location and the personnel were good and rather pleasant. The room was clean and comfy. It's difficult to work and prepare your paperwork as the table and chairs are rather uncomfortable. It's better to work on the bed if you don't mind sleeping on your laptop. Besides that, this place is where you would like to stay for the price.

We have stayed in similar "suites" facilities and normally they are very acceptable, comfortable and safe. This one was different. The room was advertised as "non smoking" & had sign on door, but in fact was a smoking room and the odor was horrible. The safety lock on the door was broken and un-operable. The refrigerator had water dripping down from the freezer section and got everything wet. The tub surface was damaged over 25% of the area and the repairs made it look very un-sanitary. We had reservations for Fri. & Sat.night and Saturday afternoon the hot water supply went out and we had no hot water for the rest of our stay. Management was aware of the hot water problem but aparantly it was not a priority item for them. There was no TV channel information & we could not tell what channel was what or what was coming on.

Our hotel experience was not good I made reservations for a non-smoking room before I arrived it was not available when I got there. The room smelled of smoke the bathroom and carpet both were dirty and nasty. The hotel would be more suitable for trucks drivers or constuction workers not for families. DON'T DO IT!!!

good

We were locked out of our room on the second night. It was 1:00am and cold outside. The front office was locked! the clerk did not return till 45min. later and was rude! He told us not to knock so hard on the front door! It took him another 30min to get us a new room key. When I asked to speak to his manager he said he was on vacation and there was nobdy to speak with till he returned 1 week later. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life with a hotel. I will never return and recomend that you pass on this poorly managed hotel.

bathroom cause have be cleaner, internet was not free, and no pool

Just slept there. Didn't really investigate the amenities. There was no blow dryer in bathroom. The rooms were clean and acceptable.

n ight staff unable to enter cumputer to check in late. could not get into system for reservations.1st room was already occupied 2nd room was filthy 3rd room clean but smokingroom. booked non-smoking

good for family, no pool no workout room no service which was ok for short stay .

The Homestead is a great place for an extended stay, as the rooms are small efficiencies. The first night was a bit frustrating. The phone was missing and the A/C was not working properly, therefore the room was hot. The next day maintenance repaired the A/C. The remainder of my stay was pleasant, the room was clean and quiet. The Homestead was just moments from downtown and is very easy to find.

Location is not exactly near the airport. The Staff appeaerd to be untrained and Not very friendly

The Homestead Suite that I stayed in was in a good location. It was ten minutes from the airport, and malls were very close by. The price of the 7 day stay was very affordable. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay, but would have enjoyed it more had the safety lock on the door repaired before I arrived. It was hanging by one screw. The wall lamp in the kitchen did not work. I would have liked to have the extra light for reading. The bath did not function as a bath without a working stopper. I usually don't do showers. The maid came in the middle of the week. The room smelled clean, but could've been cleaner. I was told that my parking place was in front of the room, but had to search for a space each day. Cars and trucks parked across several parking places, and other tenants parked in my spot.
