The two things i did not like is my door key kept unsyncing, i would have to go to the front desk and the fire alarm kept going off for no reason in the middle of the night when i was asleep.

Room was disgustingly dirty and gross. Carpet has not been cleaned in forty years, it seems. You can get ill (germs) staying at this place. Unsavory characters walking around the parking in daylight and suspicious activity at night, which made us feel 100% unsafe.

Oh boy

Should have read the reviews more closely. It is an older property and I guess some things just happen. When we got to the room a big roach was on its back still fighting for its life, lamps didn't work and we had beard trimmings still left on the sink. When I went to tell the night crew at the front desk they couldn’t be bothered and asked what the problem was over and over. In order to get more towels you have to exchange them etc, every time we had a request they looked at us as if we were dummies. When I asked them about shortening my stay they told me to call hotels.com in which hotels.com couldn’t help me either. So our first day was a nightmare. The only saving grace was the older lady that worked the morning shift who was pleasant and helped me check out early and refunded the rest of my stay. We were there to put my husband in a neuro rehab due to an accident and we didn’t need the extra headache. Maybe the morning lady should teacher the younger night crew and have housekeepers that actually clean.
