I got to the property and found many people outside drinking and smoking , then they gave me two room one of them was already occupied by two half naked men …. Then went down and told the clerk and gave me another room that could not lock the door. Went back to tell it was not expectable and he told its k not to worry about it… I had my three daughters with me and wasn’t about to let anything happen to them so I left the building …. I would never every go there again. Putting profit ahead of public safety is not good practice
I've traveled the world, sometimes staying in very poor accommodations in developing countries. This was worse than anything I've ever stayed in. Not only did they charge well over $200/night (because they could) but it was bad from any perspective. No pillowcases and when I tracked down the aged, semi-crippled housekeeper I was given one possibly clean pillow-case for my 3 pillows. Sheets may or may not have been clean. No wastebasket and when she came in to fluff my bed after the fist night, just left my trash. When I got up to take a shower and get ready for a wedding, the shower didn't work. Handle broke off in my hand so no water. Advertised free breakfast but there was nothing and not a drop of coffee to be found. Filthy safe was locked shut and unusable. Check-in took forever. Much need of repair and redecorating. Moldy, peeling paint among many other things. Closet stuck shut. I will never stay in a Days Inn again.
Roaches in the room, a lot of human hair in the tub that was not mine when we first checked in. The room smelled really bad. Potholes in the parking lot. Stains on the sheets. Some of the lights didn't work in the room.
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was exactly what we needed and the breakfast was very nice, especially the breakfast burritos ! I always look at hotels and review them based on what you pay and for the money, this hotel was a great pick. We would definitely stay there again.
No house keeping the entire 6 days keys stopped working several times bugs in room and upon checking in it looked as if the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last time it was booked still had trash in the trash can and the handle to the shower fell off poor complementary breakfast as well

There was no phone in the room. Turned water off when we were taking a shower. No ashtray in room. Coffee pot was missing. Staff was friendly.

We booked a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. We were provided only two pillow, two bath towels, and two wash cloths. Smoke detector was broken. Several light coverings including lamp shades were missing. Carpeting was torn. Some wall hanging was missing (we were afraid of being accused of stealing it). The bed railing was sticking out and could have caused serious injury to our feet/legs. Bathroom had strong Mildew odor. The staff was unaccommodating to the point of covering their face with both hands and saying "we don't want to hear complaints." Breakfast that was promoted was disgusting. A roach was found On the bed. The worst thing, though, was that there was BED BUGS!! I was bit on the leg twice and my husband had 3 bites of his own. My husband overheard the staff telling workers about removing mattresses and placing them outside in the rain. Upon our final complaint, the manager actually said that if we didn't like it, we could leave.

This place is not a good place for families and not a good place basically for anyone, it is very old and run down, the room was horrible, it is a poor example of a Days Inn.
Checked out early after seeing a roach. Disgusting would have been 100X better in my car!!!!!
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, filthy carpet, bed was very uncomfortable, overall this hotel needs maintenance. I was given a smoking room, The desk employee said I requested a standard room so it was a smoking one, told her I wanted a non-smoking room, so she gave me a new room, the carpet was also filthy. I won't stay at this hotel again.
1) No washcloths for the entire trip 2) Only 2 towels the entire trip 3) No floor towel until we asked for one 4) No ice bucket until we asked for one, as well as cups 5) No light bulb in one of the light fixtures 6) Mirror not mounted on wall, instead leaning against the wall 7) Tub backs up to your ankles by the end of a quick shower. We called it "lake days inn" 8) AC turned off every day after we left 9) Bed was complete mush 10) White paint on outside of brown doors
All rooms smell of smoke. A lot of crazy people everywhere. Adult video stores surround the building. Just a wasteland.
Went with a friend to San Antonio for a few days. We checked into the hotel and found bugs in the toilet and no fridge/microwave as requested. Went back to front desk and was immediately given a new room. Friendly staff, helpful with questions. Would highly recommend the Riverwalk, Zoo, and Wildlife Ranch...all within 30 minutes of hotel.
I know I was looking for something cheap since I was traveling alone for a day, but this place really sucked, the A/C did not work, the staff had no other rooms to move me into, the commode you had to turn off the main water valve because every half hour it made this terrible noise, tv's are like 15 years old, the bulky kind, the bathroom paint looked like it was done by a kid i woke up with a major back ache as the mattress was so hard. I usually stay at Marriott, Hampton, la Quinta, quality Inns etc. I learned my lesson. if you're on a really small budget you can survive a night, but never again. i staying with quality reputable hotels I'm paying the extra $40 from now on. No wonder this was a non refundable prepaid deal. Most people would not stay here if they saw the conditions.
Great location but bathroom was terrible, lot of stains and bad smells.
