One guy in the staff is a mean guy. We had one candle lit because the room smelled like bleach and they knocked on our door a lot of times to blow it out! Then we had fairy lights on the headboard she made is take them down. Party poopz! Never again at that place

Sheets were stained. Replacement comforter also stained. Hair all over the floor in bathroom. Elevator floor was sticky. Staff were somewhat attentive. Breakfast options were not great

Bathroom was disgusting, you can tell it hasn’t been mopped it dusted. I have serious allergies and this made it very unpleasant.

The stuff was friendly and nice. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, a/c didnt cool the room, the restroom and hotel its self was just bad looks like the overwork their employees. Beside the stuff being so nice i wouldn't stay here again it was just dirty and nasty.

During the winter snow storm our electricity was out for days. We were lucky to find this hotel on orbitz. The hotel serves it’s purpose and game my family and I a warm bed with electricity and running water. Thanks!

Nothing unique. I didn’t like the staff because they didn’t care if my room was dirty when I told them, they just told me to wait till next day, they left my room without cleaning it for twice and never did my beds or clean the bathroom. The hotel is ok, but it kinds of smell like humidity and the bathroom could get clean a lot better , besides that I guess is more cleaning training to their personal and better customer service, like at least fix the inconvenience or get the customer happy with a discount , late check out or some thing, just figured out.

Great staff, room was very nice, and the price was perfect.

Liked that it was down the street from my grandsons apt. The A/C did not cool the room,the mini fridge in the room did not work. The staff act as if they did not care.we had to go buy small fans to cool the room.asked for another room,they said none available.overall terrible experience

I had a horrible experience with the “manager” while checking in. I suffer from anxiety from being assaulted and my partner, a Navy corpsman Veteran, has PTSD. We have a registered emotional support animal that we travel with, a small Pomeranian that is our bundle of joy. When I approached the counter, o notified them that I had a support animal with us. The manager right away asked if it was a service or emotional support, I answered honestly, emotional support. He stated I could not have my “pet” at the hotel unless I was willing to pay a fee. I showed him that I had my medical and national registration documentation. His response was, it is not the law and your dog is not a service animal; you can cancel your booking, which is non-refundable, and find a hotel that does accept your “pet”. I said, well how much is the fee. His response was that he wasn’t going to allow a pet at all. Somehow he calmed down and said well... you can pay $250 fee to have your dog. I was having an anxiety attack at this point because he was making this situation so difficult. I had to sit down to calm myself and breathe. He noticed and said, fine, it’ll be $75 non-refundable fee. As he said that he pulled an employee to the side to communicate how he made an example of me. How he was direct and upfront. In my opinion, worse customer service!! I hope he never needs medical support for trauma that he’s not allowed the companionship of a support animal.
