Bed was horrible, very uncomfortable!! Room had a mildew smell, bath was worse than rest of room..Bath door wouldn't stay open.. No trash can in bathroom. Won't stay again. Although employees were excellent..

Great place to rest after 14 hours driving. Sufficient continental breakfast for an early start.

This hotel is among a large group of similar establishments in the same locale. Nothing particularly sets it apart from those other establishments, in either a positive or negative way. However, the room was noticeably comfortable, with a good bed and useful furnishings. The front desk asked us for our preference for room level and bed configuration, which isn't something one usually gets.

Good hotel, close to airport. Helpful Staff. Breakfast not all that great but free, so no complaints.

It was an overnight for an early flight the next morning. Shuttle service was great.

5 min from RDU. shuttle and 5 days free parking. friendly staff. nice, free breakfast. A bit outdated but clean and comfortable. Good for business trip. Have stayed here twice and will stay again this weekend. Can't beat it for the price.

We had to stay at this La Quinta during the unexpected snow storm in Raleigh. Booking online is tricky, as there are TWO La Quintas at the airport. I assume the one we one we didn't stay in was the more updated facility. The South location is showing its age , but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff dealt with the stress of the weather, tired guests, and airline workers extremely well. It made our stay much better because of it.

Loved everything about this motel. Budget prices yet did things well. Superior service, yummy breakfast and clean updated rooms.

After a long travel day was happy the hotel was close to airport. The first bad impression was when there was no available parking or access to front entrance due to pavement resurfacing. The back entrance door lock was duct taped open allowing for an unsecure environment. Free breakfast was offered from 4 am to 9 am. The selection was very limited and "fresh" options were not replenished daily. The beds were comfortable but the room smelled like it was a former smoking room masked with cleaning solutions. It appeared there was fresh paint throughout the building. Overall stay was just ok.

This facility is old, run down and pathetic. I would never recommend anyone stay here, especially for the price charged for a night's stay.

Close to the airport and provides airport shuttle. With a 6 AM flight, it was a good option for a brief overnight stay. Room looked clean. Only issue was with the bathtub. Bathtub looked clean but enamel on bathtub floor had worn away completely. It didn't look sanitary

We booked this hotel online and I can assure upon arrival had we not paid in advanced we would have drive off to find other accommodations. The staff was disinterested in making our stay comfortable. They ration the towels and wash cloths. They didn't clean our room properly nor discard the items in the waste baskets for the entire 4 day stay. The toilet wouldn't stop running. They never replaced the coffee or cups we used the first morning we were there.

Customer service is very bad, guy in a front desk was in very bad mood. Should not work in customer service at all.

The hotel is just off the highway and only a few minutes from all the major cities like Durham, Raleigh, & Cary. You get the best bang for your buck here. The staff is amazing and friendly with quick attention to anything you need. The elevator is fast!!!

Just needed to be close to the airport for a good nights sleep

I stayed here because of the price and it was a late night in, and an early morning out to catch a plane out of RDU. Hotel staff was very friendly, nice, and accomodating. I did not eat the early morning breakfast, although it was available. The hallways and my room both smelled of room freshener to cover the smell of cigarette smoke. Although it was a smoke free room, those of you like me who are sensitive to it, can detect it. Bathroom was very small, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a nice desk to work at. Overall, a good value for the price.

I was greeted by the loveliest staff member. She was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, though there was a strand of hair under the pillow. Overall experience was great. Thank you! Also, perfect location, near to airport.

Hotel staff at front desk was great very friendly breakfast area nice and clean a good amount of items to choose from the room was very comfortable and nice also the pool was nice and the location is walking distance to restaurants and a convenience store. I would stay again but next time i will use their airport shuttle

I was in town to see my boyfriend at NC State. This hotel is about 10 minutes from there and it was amazing. The employees were very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. They had a variety of food at breakfast that was really tasty.

The hotel was very close to the airport which was great. Hardly heard planes overhead. Hotel very quiet. Breakfast was standard fare. Room very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Only drawbacks were lack of microwave and mini-fridge. For the price, a great value. Would stay here again.
