It would have been a full 5 stars if it weren’t for the rude front desk attendant guy who didn’t give me ANY information about parking, direction to my room or anything. Very RUDE and short. Other than him everything was GREAT! Would like it even more if they served turkey breakfast options instead of all pork as well.

Front ofc. Staff need training, to smile as if they mean it. To look the guest in the eye when communicating. Most importantly to not make the guest feel like they are not welcome. to the front I’m a Dir. at a Resort and have received better service from the Holiday Inn. On another note the Room Service Staff are amazing and welcoming. Maybe they are the ones that could train Front office staff.

Checked into hotel and the floor in the bedroom was soaking wet. There was a floor drying fan outside the room. The room was very wet, damp and smelled like a wet dog. Told front desk about the issue.. was informed they would inspect the room and fix the issue, but that they’d move our room, refund our money and they’d call me regardless. Got back to the hotel, did not receive any word, and the drying fan was inside our room, not on. Told front desk, again, that night… problem not dealt with, after they said they’d discount the room. Spoke to Front desk again the next morning… no resolution, and got a SERIOUS attitude from the front desk. What once was a beautiful, well run facility, is not run very poorly. As a Long time Hilton honors member… I was very disappointed on the lack of follow through by the staff. The resolution was that we stayed with a soaking wet bedroom floor, had to wear shoes around the room. No resolution attempted, no refund… POOR, POOR SERVICE!

Location was perfect, nice and quiet. Great parking space, although you have to pay to park, which I didn’t really like. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from and good quality. Would stay there again.

The property is awesome. Very clean in a quiet location, with great amenities. The rooms were really nice and well equipped. My only concern was the bed was not comfortable. It seems stiff and not soft. I had a hard time getting comfortable. Everything else was wonderful. The breakfast was great. Good place to stay.

Manager Nabbbell is rude mean does not accommodate guess.at all.i left for ababout 2 hours only to come nack to no parking or handicapp.went to the front spoke to the nasty mean Manager Nobell to let him know i paid for parking and theres no no were to park .his words to me was what do you want me to do make somebody move for you.i paid for parking for the full time of my stay.and you dont care wow.that night i went back to the desk and ask for a bandage for my 3 year old grandbaby his words was oh well we had cheerleaders here 3 weeks ago and they wipe us out.i knew that was a lie the security guard that was onduty. Wentto the kitchen and got one she ask me whyhe didnt give me one they have them.Nobbell should not be a manger.other guest also were saying hes rude.but as for me i will not be back here ever again im not done with rewiews im making a formal complaint with headquaters and sending emails out i dont want a apology Because its not sincere and Nabell will continue to be a manager there which is sad.im not done this will be on every soical media platforms.
