This hotel was amazing! We stayed on thanksgiving night - they had free drinks in the evening. The lobby is stunning. Rooms were clean. We were very impressed with our stay!

Clean and quite, breakfast was horrible, no making of beds or clean towels provided due to Corona which is fine, but when we put our dirty towels outside the door it took two days to pick them up.

Very high quality! The room, the breakfast—wow!—, and everything in between = wonderful!

The location was great.. we went to a concert at the PNC arena it was a 14 minute drive to the arena and shopping at the Crabtree Mall lots of nice restaurants and the hotel had a good breakfast buffet. The only problems I had was the check in there were only 2 staff to check in guest, I waited in a line of 14 people for 30minutes. The other problem was they tested the fire alarm system around 9 am! I was hoping to sleep in but the constant fire alarm testing forced me to leave sooner than I wanted.

Rooms were comfortable. A lot of TV channels. Good breakfast

AC doesnt work. Horribly hot at night. Lots of money to sleep hot at night.

Easy check in and out, Close to airport, spacious room, awesome free breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes, gorgeous atrium with koi pond, and superb customer service!

Check in was frustrating because they had no record of our reservation and I had to call Orbitz to get the confirmation number. The hotel was ok but there are better Embassy Suites in the area.

. Always try to stay at an Embassy Suite. We were not disappointed. The staff was excellent. Making us feel we were important to them.

Very clean great breakfast great location big room

our stay was quite nice! Breakfast was really good. Room furniture was dated and very worn, but would stay here again

My wife and I stayed at this hotel during the course of job interviews in the triangle area. The hotel itself is well-maintained although it's decor is slightly aging. The pool is very nice and the rooms are spacious. The location is optimal as it is within a few minutes of the airport and is pretty much in between Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. We really have no complaints other than the aging decor.

We enjoyed our time at the Embassy Suites. The suite was perfect for the three of us. The boys loved the pool and hot tub and I enjoyed the lounge and meeting up with friends in the evenings. The breakfasts, which were included in room price, were very nice. Everything from cereal to omelettes made to order. We will surely stay again!!!!

I had to make an impromptu trip to Raleigh; the Embassy Suites offered me everything I needed on such a quick trip.

We have family who live in the Cary area. They hosted our Christmas celebration and their home was too small to accommodate everyone, so we rented a suite to house some family members. The suite was clean, well furnished and extremely comfortable. The grandchildren loved the pool, atrium stream and the very very large goldfish, not to mention the view of the atrium from the 5th floor. The free breakfast was extensive and the adults enjoyed the happy hour with drinks and munchies. One of our grandchildren became ill and Housekeeping was extremely responsive in replacing soiled linen and maintaining a clean suite. We often travel and can sincerely say that "this is a nice place that offers comfort and service while being very affordable".

It was fabulous. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with water in room but staff were very attentive to fixing problem.

One of my favorite hotel chains made for an enjoyable family stay. Great breakfast included, managers reception and atrium make this and other Embassy Suites stand out. Worth the extra cash. Only places that are 2-3x $ are better, and they are not that much better overall.

Dear Rozz, Thank you for taking the time to share your stay with us. We apologize that your wait to check in was much longer then normal we will definitely take a look at what we could have done to be better prepared and eliminate some of the wait time. As we come out of the renovation project we are responsible for ensuring the safety devises are functioning we try very hard to schedule them later in the day with the local officials having your stay interrupted for testing is not enjoyable for anyone. We hope we will have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.
