The property is nice, four hotels in the same area with free transportation between each. There are two things that really needs improvement at this hotel. 1. They are always running behind you trying to get you to go their meeting to become a member.... they lied to me saying that they will give me tour of the property since it's my first day, so i went with them. I ended up sitting thru a sales pitch to become a member which is for $25000. But if i sign up that moment then it's $18000. When i told the guy im not ready to make that commitment he give me that nasty look and just get up and leave. 2. There needs to be more option for vegetarians at breakfast and lunch. Steamed vegetables, vegetable pizza and baked beans is not enough to eat every breakfast and lunch for a week. Beach is good, property well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. I would go again if there is better food.

Language barior. Not enough English spoken including at shows. Lack of seating along walk ways or when waiting for trolley. Need bench everywhere. Too few choices for beer. Coors lite would have been great. Did not know what shows where going to be until you showed up at theater would have benn nice to know what was going before going to theater. Did thing with travelers club and never received gifts.

Location near beach and lot of activity on site. No need to go outside resorts

The Beach is beautiful, only plus for this resort.

Staff lost our luggage and when we were asked to follow the bell man after 30 min waiting our bags were inside of a employee car

Pros - beach, nice room right on the beach, and spa Cons - food, too large of a resort, very hard bed, jacuzzi tub on our terrace was nice except it only had cold water so we never used it, a majority of the staff were cold and not very sociable.

The room and property was very nice. Lots of great options for food and drinks. The pools were great. However, a majority of the staff couldn’t help with basic needs/questions due to language barriers. Also, we were in a big group and everyone of us had issues with checking in. My biggest issue though was the massive amount of people who tried to sell to you - excursions, jewelry, cigars, hair braiding, timeshares, spa services, etc. They were relentless- at the beach, at the pool, in the lobby.

Great resort, terrific service! Staff is terrific, they make the stay lots of fun, and the food is great!

Room hadn’t been used in a while so smelled like mildew, lost power 3 times, toilet wouldn’t flush 3 mornings in a row.

Great hotel, nice restaurants and friendly staff .

Friendly staff, great food, drinks, junior club, and spa.

It was my first time staying at this resort. I had an amazing time. My family and I enjoyed the food, drinks, and service. Our stay wouldn't have been so great without the people that work their that made us feel entertained. My only recommendation is that the entertainment in the lobby be more exciting and the pull out bed be more comfortable for people to sleep in. Other than that everything was perfect.

We stayed 6 nights at this hotel (august Sunday 20 to Friday 25 )Excellence cervice .friendly staff, very helpful and nice people. The areas were clean and well maintained.the room was spacious and very clean.

The 5 star hotel , but no including for exclusive guest about the sauna and hot poor water. The food restaurant for all you can eat need improvement. We have to wait too long almost 3 hours

1. We were assigned a room next bldg to beach but was put into another room due to it being occupied. 2. We were essentially downloaded considering where we ended up. Center of resort by main road. 3. We even showed & shared we were there celebrating our 25th anniversary. 4. The room we ended up in had issues. Fridge not stocked, no robes or slippers. Never got slippers even though mentioned each day. 5. Tub had loose pieces from jet. 6. Ac & fridge shuts off when no movement in room. 7. Food was ok. The breakfast & lunch was the same every place and day 8. The Japanese Teppanki is a joke! Do NOT go! It will taint your experience of true Teppanki 9. Room service ends at 11! Especially when they have couple of events from 12! 10. Disco should play music for the masses for more familiarity

This hotel is a valuable place to stay at for the price. Check-in was extremely slow and frustrating, over 1 hour after check-in time and our room was still not ready and it wasn't until we complained that we got different rooms and even then they weren't even the correct rooms. Food is not the best so nothing to write home about. Drinks are good and strong. Nice beach front and area, pools are nice. There's also an adult only pool should you want to stay away from children.

My girlfriend and I stayed 8 nights (was here also in 2014) and had a nice time. Room was large and clean, nice hot water for showers. Safe and refridg in the room, and plenty of pools with bars near the room. Ocean close by and beach beautiful with plenty of lounging chairs. Food pretty good, disco so-so but fun. I would go back again.

We loved our private swim up bar- and how close our room was to the beach. We loved this resort and all the staff- we had an amazing experience.
