This resort was amazing the room upgrade was also phenomenal. The only thing that I did not personally like was that we were promised an exclusive breakfast the morning after and we were really excited, only to be brought to the buffet and spoken about getting a timeshare. We received listened to the 40 minute time share presentation so we could get 2 comp spa passes but other than that everything was pretty amazing. Cesar was super attentive.

The resort itself was beautiful and the service was great. Huge shoot out to Cesar, he was the best! The nightlife was lacking. The food was terrible. The only thing we liked food wise was the hibachi restaurant.

Had to change room three times. First room had no working AC. We reported the issue in the morning and we returned to our hotel room at night it wasn’t fixed. They put us in the room with twin beds after we confirmed king size. We had to pack our luggage and go down stairs to lobby only to be back on the third floor right next to our old room. Supervisor was never available. At multiple requests to speak to supervisor we were told to come back in 30 mins but no success. Concierge offered complementary massage for our troubles but never scheduled/informed us of scheduled time after reaching out to him.

The female staff at the resort (majority) are very rude. They roll their eyes and stare at you in an awkward way. I had a great experience with check-in, but after that it ALL went down hill from there. The food was not good at all and they served the same meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They build the meals based off of European culture and water down the Dominican culture. The food is not authentic Dominican food.
